Robert was very professional and clearly explained my AC issues.
My AC wasn’t working properly. The fan just wasn’t moving any air. Called and on a Sunday they had Robert E come out within a few hours. It was a simple fix and Robert took good care of us. He was excellent and I’d trust him to take care of our system anytime. Thank you so much Robert
Was very knowledgeable and on time and reasonable and thorough. Made sure everything was fine before leaving and answered all my questions. Robert was very nice and friendly also.

DO NOT USE BEWARE. Update: since they responded. They came out and did something. i never disputed the whole amount. I paid 1,085 dollars im disputing 800 of that. Because that is the simple math. They did come out. they told me i had to cut out a wall of pay 6K. I had another company come out and they didn't have to cut a wall or pay 6k. This company is full of liars. look at there reviews. Also if you agree im owed money why do i need to agree to the amount? if you think its that amount you should send that amount and we can dispute the rest later. Instead they nothing. Called and asked me for cleaning on 5 units. Most of the units could not be serviced called another company who was able to provide services despite what this company said. When i asked for a refund they tried to give a fraction of what i actually paid. Now having to sue them in small claims.
Highly recommend! From the office staff to the installers, customer service was extremely professional. They were responsive, on-time, and always called to confirm. Gene provided great service and advice when he answered our service call. Our installers, Gene, Ralph, and Chase, were professional, neat, friendly and patient.
Tech came early and completed the job in a neat and timely manner. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks.
This is our 2nd(6month check in) time using this company, and to be Honest I would Recommend them to any and EVERYONE.Our service tech was AMAZING He was here on time and worked fast, and he got the job DONE. I don’t remember our tech’s name but he listened to what we had to say. He was another awesome tech, he answered every question we had and was very informative about what we could do to help lower our electricity bill. Thank you Polk Air Conditioning & Heating!

After Hurricane Ian, I noticed some wires were hanging out of my outside AC unit. I was afraid it would catch fire. Repair tech Micheal came out & assured me it was ok. He put the wires back where they belong. He also checked my coolant and some other things. Now I have peace of mind. Priceless. Thanks, Micheal.
Super experience. Couldn't ask for cleaner, more efficient, polite. They know their job and get right to it. Protected my floors, let me know if they had to make noise. Worked quickly without complaint. Superior!!!

Really good people they are my go to team for A/C. These guys know what they are supposed to do, they dig in and find the smallest of problems. Remember, anyone can find the big problems, it takes a professional to find and fix the small problems.
Michael was fast and professional. I was not on site but he kept me informed of everything that went on and made sure I understood everything. An excellent technician, and a great experience.

Tech came out due to the AC unit would only blow out warm air. Jean (the tech) called when he was heading out to our home and was very prompt. He was very professional with how he handled his work. He was very thorough with his problem solving and made sure that everything was working as it should. Will be using them for maintenance and for any repairs that may be needed.
Giovanni was courteous and recommended two issues he found with my system. I appreciate him for that and plan to resolve those issues shortly.
