Kevin was the technician that came out and I had an awesome experience. He was on time , very professional and even explained the whole process and why certain things happen. Definitely sticking with this company for now on.
I called Florida Air Express in desperate need of help. I had water leaking from the unit in my attic and it was starting to damage my floor and walls. They were able to send someone out right away and within a few hours had the problem fixed and my AC running again. Living in Florida we all know how necessary AC is. Not only did the guy drain the line that was clogged, but he also installed a switch so it wouldn't overflow again. They were affordable and so friendly.

Reached out to Florida Air last year. They were the only A/C company that would come out for a Service call in my area. Called them this year to install the part that I needed. Made an appointment for them to come back in June and service my A/C. Excellent service starting the setting up an appointment until service completed. . I will only use this Company. Thank you Jamie and Kevin.
We contacted them for an estimate. The guy showed up on time but came in the house looking without saying what he was doing. Spent 5 mins on the attic and came down and said he couldn’t provide no estimate that they would send the estimate. Never asked for our info. A week later, and we still waiting for the estimate. Don’t waste your time

Tim and Austin did an awesome job on my ductwork and 6 years idle unit. They are very personable as well thoroughly explaining what needed to be done, and did the job in a very professional manor. Florida Air Express has professional services and employees. They were courteous and helpful. They helped me choose the right equipment that I needed for my home. The new technology is wonderful.
