Rich and Blake are elite techs who work diligently to rebuild a previously destroyed VRF and Addison system by former contractors (Zimmer). Dave Jackson is extremely knowledgeable in working with the entirety of our team to help understand all technical challenges. We enjoy having them on property, they are amiable, kind, and go the extra mile for us and are part of our hotel family. Responsive, forthright, honest, hard working; they have saved us on so many occasions.

Fantastic technicians
Very pleased with the whole experience having my air conditioning unit replaced as well as duct work. I was first meet in a timely manner with the owner Mr. Peet who clearly spelled out the scope of the work and ordered the needed parts. Rich and Jim lead the team of workers who installed everything ahead of schedule and with a smile. Thank you for all of your help as I will be recommending Modern Controls for HVAC needs.
Great HVAC company no really good on plumbing.
Called for a quote on around $250,000 worth of HVAC controls and was put on hold for 13 minutes... very unprofessional
