The 2 gentleman showed up on time explain to me what they would be needing to do once I showed them the issues that I knew of and they quickly went to work and made sure everything was working right cleaned up before they left very good service

Save yourself the trouble do Not come here I called and they scheduled me for may 8th they called me and said they need to cancel they should of knew that on may 6th saturday the manager was supposed to call they never did please don't call here
Chris Gonzalez responded to a call regarding our air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He is very professional and an asset to Harris. We were very pleased with his work.

Guys were great. Worked cleanly, efficiently and answered all of my questions/concerns. They replaced both of our heaters and ancient AC units that were here when we purchased the house. Had no problem moving the units and making sure we were happy when they were done. They have quickly become our company for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.
Two gentlemen came and were unable to repair my kitchen sink. Dispatcher confirmed that they would be able to however they made phone calls to other technicians and informed me that someone else would be out. I haven't heard back from the company since. I am disappointed in not getting the service I was told I would get.
Excellent service today performed by Michael Pisano on our tankless water heater. He explained everything he was doing and needed to do. We now have hot water again after almost a week because we could not find a plumber who fixes tankless water heaters or they could not fit us in the schedule. Living Murphy’s Law, and needed Harris Plumbing assistance twice this week. Quick and responsive. Wayne was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting with a water valve installation so that I could get a new refrigerator. Luckily he was here because the crew who delivered could not do the work!! A total lifesaver. Wayne was also able to install a new water filtration system. Seamless professionalism all the way! Thanks Harris Plumbing.
My sump pump was replaced. In less than a month of replacing, I went to my basement to find water everywhere in the area it was installed. Water was everywhere, on my carpet and the area of installation had to be dried. I had to call lthe company. Upon arrival to my basement, the tech implied that the problem was not the sump pump, until he pluged it in and it gushed all over the place again. At this point, it was evident it was the pump, Technician then informed me that the problem was inadequate replacement parts had been installed. He left and returned and intalled a better quality pipe. Not good! A lot of damage would have occured, if I had not gone to my basement.
This company is very responsive to the needs of the customer. I have used them twice in one month. First to replace an outdated furnace and ac unit. This time to fix a leak and replace an old water heater. Both times they were professional and informative. I will use Harris’ in the future, for sure. Thanks guys!
Gary and his assistant arrived on time and completed the garbage disposal installation that we had begun on our own, but could not finish. The work was done quickly and a spdtless clean up was much appreciated. Well done Guys? JF

Scheduling was quick, and next day service. Automated text communication of technician (Sean) arrival, and he was on time. Friendly, very communicative in process, and took pride in his work. Wanted to make sure it was done well, and no corners cut. I appreciated the expertise, and would recommend Harris Plumbing/HVAC. You get what you pay for.
