We had another one of our homes serviced by Jon. As always he was very professional and knowledgeable about the programs that GoldStar offers its customers. He did a great job at servicing our HVAC. I will always have Jon service our homes.
I asked lots of questions and they were answered with confidence and consideration. My knowledgeable Gold Star service technician worked systematically with precision.
We had a new AC and furnace installed less than 2 months ago and just had to call for our 5th service call because the unit malfunctions almost weekly. Techs continue to come out here and tell us the unit is fine, most recently last week when we were told that it was just a setting on the thermostat. It is 81!! degrees in my house right now with a brand new AC unit. Absolutely unacceptable.
John Howell was Very Professional and Overall did a Great Job. He was very Courteous and Professional. GOLDSTAR is a Good company to deal with and would Recommend them to anyone interested.
Ken got here quickly when the AC went down in blistering heat and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was polite, efficient and explained everything in detail. Great service!
Roddy was both friendly and professional. He clearly explained the issues with our HVAC system and even showed us the worn parts. While we wish that the repairs were not necessary (due to poor installation by home builder), we had full confidence in Roddy's work.
Dennis Harmon gave excellent service on our repair of our air conditioning unit in a professional and timely manner.
John did a nice job getting our AC back up and running. He diagnosed the problem and made corrections quickly and accurately. Very friendly, and explained things in great detail.
Awesome experience with customer centered folks. I think the Gold part of their name must come from their adherence to the Golden Rule. They certainly treated our Family like they would like to be treated!
As of now I think he did a great job. He explained everything and working now on his solution for my issue.
As a developer I’m highly upset that I not only let your contractor misinform me but I didn’t do my due diligence. He was absolutely incorrect as I knew he was when I asked him why my thermostat wasn’t working as he was leaving yet it was working fine bf he arrived! UPDATE: Goldstar has communicated with me consistently since the above fore mentioned occurred. The situation was rectified and the tech did make a critical thinking error but heck we all do every now & then.. Micheal Phillps you are the man! 👍🏽

Ethan was a very personable and a thorough company representative. I will call upon your company again because of his service and also the company communication. This is the second time Ethan has inspected and tested all my equipment. I am so pleased he is still with the company after two years.

Awesome customer service, very responsive. Our service tech was Roddy, he was timely, very professional and was concerned with our needs and explained the needed repairs in depth. He wasn't just there to sell us a new unit, he is a true technician! I would definitely use Goldstar Heating and Cooling again, and be sure to ask for Roddy!
