Andrew came to my house, quickly investigated the issue with the air conditioner and identified a solution. We went from no air earlier today to a nice cool home again! He was awesome!
Great service and quick on a holiday at that. Woke up to find my hot water heater spouting water. From my initial call, on The 4th of July, to the service completion it took less than 2 hours. And that's with having to leave to get the needed part. Jack was great!
Jesse arrived on time and did a very good job of analyzing why we had no power to any of our four ductless a/c units. He replaced two fuses in the cutoff box to the outside unit and all is are working now. Jesse is a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions.

I am very pleased with the quality of service I received. The men were polite and came prepared with all the needed tools to do the job.Prior to the men coming out a supervisor came and assessed what would be needed. He took pictures and asked me where I would like the units to be placed.He stated we needed exterior walls etc. and went over with me where the installation would come in and out of the house. I liked the idea that the client was made a part of the process. Additionally the men were timely and worked neatly bringing in their own drop cloths and coverings on their shoes.Upon completion they tested the units and explained to me how to set the temperature with a remote control to the desired temperatures and other features of the unit. I would highly recommend Burns& McBride Home Comfort to anyone.

He called me and arrived earlier than the scheduled appt time, which was fine since I was already home. He was very professional and courteous! He had no problem explaining things. We have had a contract for over 25 years with Burns and McBride. They are an excellent company to work with especially for this particular service call
We had Burns & McBride install a new HVAC system in August last year. In April this year, the AC stopped working. I called them out to work on it and the tech first showed up at the wrong address. He called me and gave me a hard time because he went to the wrong location. his attitude was annoying, but I figured we needed the system worked on. While working on it, he found the condenser was shot. He then started to lecture me on scheduling maintenance. Their company installed the brand new unit 8 months ago! When they came to repair it 3 weeks later they showed up late for the job. We are a doctors office and they went to the back door and started pounding on the door until I came to open it. Instead of greeting me the one tech just said "where is your thermostat?" I will not be using this company again as they are unprofessional and the quality of the work seems shoddy. Don't waste your money here. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: The tech was not apologetic. He said "Why would you give us the wrong address" He also did not show up to the other address on file but rather to a shopping center down the road. It is true that the unit was replaced at no cost, but that is a minimum expectation as it was installed faulty to begin with. It also does not excuse the general disrespect that the technicians showed throughout the process. Very disappointed in this company especially that instead of apologizing they try to justify their poor service. I highly recommend Michaels Heating and Air for both great service and quality workmanship.
The technician Andrew was professional and capable. He tested my A/C system and provided a second opinion which saved me a lot of trouble.
Burns & McBride did a stellar job removing a 20+ year old oil furnace and replacing with a new oil furnace to provide emergency heat for the new heat pump system! Would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs! They also installed a heat pump water heater that is so efficient it doesn't even register on the EPA scale on the unit!
Everyone was super friendly and professional. Made sure to walk me through everything in a straight forward and simple way. Work was done quickly, promptly and quietly.
They responded to my emergency call on a Sunday. Ryan was professional and answered all my question. Great experience! Unfortunately the AC unit was beyond repair. Representative came on Monday and reviewed numerous options with price points. I did not feel pressured to get the highest price option. Found an option in my range and installed it Wednesday. The installation team was on time, Oscar and his crew were quick and thorough, cleaned up and spent time reviewing the completed installation with me, answering all my questions.. kudos Responsive and professional!
