Was professional and done a good job.
Jeff goes above and beyond! He arrived promptly, he shared the issue and the solution in a calm and easy manner. Although I don't know anything about plumbing, he certainly helped me feel like I did! In checking the original request for service, Jeff found an additional urgent issue and FIXED it. He cleaned up after himself and left with a smile! Thankful for Amstel and their collaborators like Jeff.
They did a great job installing my new hot water heater in a tiny, crowded place. I recommend them highly.
Response right away good mechanic for HVAC and Plumbing
John and his team are the best! I needed a kitchen faucet replaced in an emergency, and he was there and done before noon of the morning I called. Also, a couple of years ago, I had a carbon monoxide alarm go off in my house, on a Saturday. John had one of his guys there thar day, and spent a couple of hours on repairs on my 50 year old heater. Amstel has serviced the plumbing and heating systems in my house for over 30 years, and I don't see any reason to change. Great company!
Amstel was recommended to me. They did a great job replacing my AC/Heater. Family business, really good people that went out of there way to help me with my appliance issues.
