I decided on Billy Carlson HVAC for my heat pump installation after having 4 other companies out for quotes. Billy Carlson was not only the best value but was easy to work with and everything went seamlessly. Bill's entire team from Lisa in the office to the installers Roger and Kyrie, they were on time and stayed late and finished the job and cleaned up afterwards. They even helped me setup and showed me how to use the new WIFI thermostat they installed. If you are looking to have a new heat pump installed do not hesitate to use these guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Billy’s team was outstanding! Installed a new boiler in my house and the work was very well done, clean, and efficient. These guys were not the cheapest quotation I got but they certainly delivered quality and value. Highly recommend!

Billy is one of those guys, "born in to the business". Lots of know how and experience with him and his crew. They show up when they are scheduled and do good work. They installed our fuel efficient system over a decade ago and handle the pm's and service when needed.

When I bought my first house, you replaced a 60 year old furnace and installed central air. After my divorce, you followed me to my condo in Meriden. You installed a new furnace in there too and fixed the central air too. Then when we moved to the yucky rental house in Wlfd that had no heat, you once again came to the rescue. Remember Housing Authority had to come in because it was colder inside the house then outside. You fixed it though. And this current house, we moved in when I was 8 months pregnant and the central air broke in the first couple weeks. I called you and told you it was 86 in this house and I was very pregnant. You were out here the very next day and again saved us. I guess you can say I’m loyal or I really like your business lol. Honestly if anyone needs help, Billy Carlson Heating & Air Conditioning LLC has helped me over 18 years and many places I called home. I highly recommend him and his crew. I've been in the construction business for 40 years and am absolutely astonished with my entire experience with Bill and his men. From the initial meeting to discover and discuss our needs, the follow up presentation of the choices available with absolute neutrality whether we chose the most expensive or least expensive alternative. No upselling tactics. And Then when the work started 100% professionalism. The final product was amazing. Everything perfectly level parallel planned out so carefully and everything tagged and labeled neatly. I will recommend Bill without hesitation to anyone for any of their heating and cooling needs. We have used Billy Carlson for many years to maintain our heating system. Our boiler was leaking and Billy C replaced the entire system, and removed our inground fuel tank, replacing it with a 330 gal tank in our basement. All work was done professionally without skimping on materials or site prep. Highly recommended. Billy C also installed ducted ac in our two-story home. Not easily done because we have oil/hot water heat. His work was outstanding, installing the cooling unit in our attic, outside condenser, and running all new ductwork. We did not think this was possible but Billy C did it!

Very pleased to inform that my experience with this company exceeded my expectations. Had a Central AC installed and this team was very professional, no mess left behind very neat & clean. Bill him self was such a respectful, friendly and informative person to make business with. Overall I'm happy and pleased with the GREAT WORK they all did.
The team at Billy Carlson is top notch. They called me back right away and fixed the problem within four hours of my call even though they were backed up with call. They work late when they need to including weekend. I have been a loyal customer for 15 and have recommended them to several new client. Their team does a great job with only the best products.
HUGE SHOUTOUT to Billy @ Billy Carlson Heating & Air Conditioning! Let me tell you guys, this man is awesome! First, he replaced my furnace 2 months ago as an emergency.. well luckily I had his card on my refrigerator as the pilot on my hot water heater crapped out last night.. called Billy and he was at my home 1st thing this morning! 30 minutes later and the hot water heater is roaring!! Billy is clearly a master of his trade. Not only is his work best in class, simply put he is a great dude! Honest, trustworthy and a man of integrity and grace! My interactions with Billy have been so awesome I felt compelled to let our community know just how good this guy & his business is! So please consider giving your business to Billy Carlson! Billy Carlson installed my new boiler last October. He and his crew did a great job, were respectful, and were on time throughout the job. They cleaned up and did a neat job during the installation. They were very willing to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with their work and would recommend this company to anyone.
Not only did Billy and his crew come out on short notice to replace our boiler and hot water heater! When they got here after a nasty snow storm, they even helped me shovel/plow the driveway. These guys are a class act!
