Installation of Bosch Heat Pump and some dryer duct work: The team was on time and very professional, even when the job took longer than anticipated. Very good coordination with the scheduler Megan. Jeff, the senior tech, in particular was extremely professional and friendly and helped me to understand the new unit. I will be using this company for ALL HVAC services in the future. Highly recommended.
Steven from Dynamic Mechanical recently installed my new hot water heater. I received excellent service by Steven, Nate and Megan and they all provided a stress free experience. The cost was very competitive compared to 4 other quotes I received and I truly appreciated their expertise and honesty. I will recommend this company to friends and family without hesitation.

Steve and Jeff were very professional and the experience was great. They were neat, courteous, cleaned up daily and at the end of the job. The job was completed as quoted both time wise and cost. I would definitely recommend Dynamic.
After several previous failed attempts Steve Elles came, for his first time, to diagnose and resolve our AC issue, Steve was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and shared some great information and detail. If Dynamic Mechanical can find more hires like Steve....they should hire them.
From initial consultation, assistance with rebates, and installation of a new heat pump, cooling system, and water heater, Dynamic Mechanical staff were excellent. Steve Elles installed the unit with his assistant Jeff. Steve was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his attention to detail. His focus on customer needs was exemplary. Steve and his assistant left the workplace spotless. We highly recommend Steve and Dynamic Mechanical!

From start to finish, everyone was on time, respectful, and very professional. Nathan came on time, got all the info he needed quickly, and sent an estimate the same day. He also followed up to be sure we received the estimate without making us feel pressured. And Steve, who did our installation, was also on time, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled. Our furnace was in a very tight space, but he managed to get it done all the while being careful of our house and cleaning up carefully when he was done. It was a refreshing change from the people who replaced our HVAC several years previously. If Dynamic Mechanical is an option in your area, we highly recommend them!
I personally use dynamic mechanical for all my hvac services which include central air and forced induction heat maintenance, updated my wiring to allow for nest smart thermostat system, and most recently replacement of my new water heater. Scheduling and communication are great. Isaiah and Morgan are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure doing business.
Steven and Morgan arrived on time and worked efficiently on replacing an indirect tank on a solar/gas hydronic system. Nathan, the owner, also came by to make sure everything was happening as it should. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous. Before they left they made sure the space was left clean and then answered all my questions.
I woke up this morning had no heat. I called Dynamic Mechanical, the office was very pleasant and scheduled me right away. The tech that came out did a great job he explained everything to me and gave me pricing BEFORE he did anything. I thought their prices were very reasonable. I will use them again.
Steve Elles was awesome and great to work with. Had DM come out (this was our 2nd time using them) to have them service our Furnace. Steve was early to our appointment, super helpful, thorough and honest about what needed to be prioritized with our older unit. He was also listened to a concern I had and was able to suggest a great solution for us. I will be asking for him directly when we need service by DM again.
I’ve been using Dynamic Mechanical Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for the past 3 years for service to our older heating and hot water system. From the dispatcher, Megan, to Steve Elles and Isaiah Tiezzi, the heating experts, all of them have been professional, timely, communicative, and honest. Isaiah in particular has been in contact with me even after service to check in and ensure the system is working properly and made sure all of my questions were answered. The staff at this company truly care and want to satisfy their customers. I will 100% continue to use Dynamic Mechanical in the future!
Pipe and valve sprung a leak in the basement after hours. Yikes! No water! Got almost immediate consultation on phone. Then, the service professional arrived within 45 minutes of call, as promised. Isaiah T., who made sure he had parts in advance by having us send photos prior to arrival, had the problem fixed in under an hour. He did an outstanding job and was professional and pleasant. I highly recommend!
Nathan came over and did an excellent job in putting a vent in for our new exhaust fan. He went above and beyond with helping out and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Dynamic has done great stuff for my wife and I since we moved into our place and we are happy with their services and prices.
Mark and Steve came today to replace our Air unit and furnace. They were responsive, professional, and amazing. They worked to finish both projects with very little break. Their work was amazing. When they left I checked it all out and it's great. We had a quick question at the end and Steve gave us some great advice to fix our problem. Would recommend!!
My decision to work with Dynamic was significantly influenced by Steve who was very thorough taking measurements and answering questions. Very professional. Steve and Mark Completed the installation as well as duct cleaning, they were great. Mark was also pleasant, professional and informative. Dynamic is fortunate to have technicians of this caliber!
Sent out an unlicensed plumber to repair pipes, he was a HVAC guy. Couldn’t install a shower valve, overcharged me and left leaking pipes. $1700 to replace two valves in gas pipe. Please save yourself the headache and don’t be fooled by the nice office staff.
I originally called Dynamic after hours in desperate need of a diagnosis (and eventual repair/replacement). I first spoke with their after hours call center representative that was very polite and professional, understanding my issues and concerns, and then she relayed/reported my issues to the on-call technician. Steve, the on-call technician, was also very polite and professional, and allowed me to share pictures and videos with him through our cellphones. He did an excellent job diagnosing the problem over the phone. Over the next day (the weekend), a quote was generated for the repair/replacement of the system, and by Monday morning, Steve, the original technician I spoke to after-hours, was at my door with the new equipment in his van, along with all the necessary tools and knowledge to get the job done correctly, effectively, and efficiently. Within two hours he had finished and I was completely satisfied with their work, work ethic, and how they made me feel like the most valued customer. I highly recommend Dynamic Mechanical Plumbing to anyone and everyone in need of any HVAC or Plumbing repairs, replacements, or new installs. Thank you!
