As a new customer to Swan Associates their service department came out right away and the technician was super helpful and nice. Will definitely use them again.

I had a heating system installed and also some maintenance completed on an existing unit. Tech was punctual and very knowledgeable. He took the time to do some owner training which wasn't previously scheduled. Great service and company!

As a designing mechanical engineer, I've been working with Swan since 2017; they are one of the best, they have a wide range of superb equipment. I always select their equipment with confidence because they support their products, starting from the design phase to installation, commissioning, and operating. Swan is highly recommended.
I want to acknowledge Swan Associates’ support during our recent chiller upgrade project. Their equipment group provided the needed technical support to ensure the correct unit was being purchased. The after sales support provided the necessary documentation and communication in a prompt manner. Service provided a knowledge technician capable of bringing the chiller on-line and supporting the BacNet integration during the initial visit. When the chiller’s factory flow proving device was not able to reliable confirm chilled water flow during low flow conditions, the parts group quickly identified an appropriate replacement device from their warehouse stock. Very unprofessional company. My client called them about a replacement Daikin ductless heat pump for a residential home and received no help at all. Salesman Jake, refused to provide any information on price and availability and was speaking in a very a condescending tone. This definitely reflects how the company is run. If they can work with such a rude character, they must all be rude.
Not a customer per se, but experienced a poor employee of Swan Associates in Newington that left me with a bad impression. I observed a black man who was standing on a Town of Newington sidewalk, trying to enjoy some combustible tobacco, when this rather nosey and irate woman driving an entry model Subaru pulled into an employee parking spot at Swan Associates, and exited her vehicle coughing—the typical fake cough given to rather obscenely communicate to the smoker. He said nothing to her as she continued to force herself to cough—most likely causing more damage to her lungs and vocal chords than any risk of 2nd hand smoke from his cigarette 20 to 60 feet from her, being carried away by the wind in the direction opposite of her. This kind of vigilante policing, driven by the unfounded assumption that his right in a public place is inferior to hers, is exactly the kind of thing we need less of these days. Unfortunately for the company, I was on the phone with my wife who’s VP of procurement for a hospital system that had used Swan as a vendor for a long time. An over-reaching employee like that is often indicative of a larger organizational issue. I was appalled by her behavior; but commend the tobacco using man for playing it so cool—as this vigilante Subaru lady was clearly unaware of what he’s responsible for in the fortune 50 building next door.
