Very accommodating, great work, wonderful staff, cleaned up after themselves and answered all questions
Our 97 year old house had a 27 year old boiler that fed our steam radiators. It was using so much water that we were on the verge of blowing it out altogether. Campbell Cooling promptly reacted and came to our aid. A new Williams boiler was installed by their fine crew in one February day! They also suggested and made several design modifications to our existing pipes that made the system noticeably more efficient. Several men were needed to accomplish this feat. I witnessed them coordinate what appeared to me to be a plumbing ballet, each handling their various assignments with diligent teamwork! As a bonus, the crew was courteous and noticeably good humored. Their positive attitude no doubt contributed to the quality of their work. We went to bed that night in a warm house and the new system worked perfectly
Great people and great job! I highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job converting my old boiler and hot water heater to a new efficient system with an indirect water heater.

The Campbell's crew showed up with 4 trucks about 9:00am. They replaced my oil furnace and tank also duct work and thermostat all in one day. Very nice customer service and Mike and his crew did a great job very clean. This was a tough job that is why it is wise to deal with the correct people. Thank you very much Campbell's oil you folks are awesome. Pat Mullin East Hartford.

Came out same day I called (95 degrees) to check and fix my AC unit. Their tech, Jesse, took time to explain what was happening and was very professional and polite. I would recommend this company and their people highly.
Campbell Cooling did an amazing job replacing our outdated oil furnace. Mike and the rest of the crew worked so fast and the furnace was replaced in a day. They do not service homes that require masks to be worn indoors. I was stunned when I asked the owner to wear a mask upon entry and he said nope and walked away. Especially considering I want to upgrade my furnace and not to simple clean it. Guess my thousands will go to another heating and cooling company.
Campbell Cooling always provides top notch service and goes above and beyond for their customers. Mike is super friendly and professional. Today we left the house on a 95+ degree day, only to come home to a broken AC. It was late in the day and we were worried it would be too late to have someone come out. We called and Mike was there in 20 minutes. Problem was fixed within a couple hours and now we are back to enjoying our beautifully air-conditioned house. We are so grateful. You can tell this is a family business that really cares about their customers and for us that makes all the difference.
Highly recommend Campbell Cooling. Excellent service and fast response. Central Air was not working on Fathers Day, within 30mins a technician was at my door and had the issue resolved quickly. Also gave some great advice for future service needed to avoid issues going forward. I will 100% be using Campbell Cooling for my yearly service on my HVAC systems. Couldn’t ask for anything better than the service provided.
Their charge was extremely out of line. When asked regarding actual time he commented that it was start to finish. This included 20 minutes while he entered ALL business. They are under computer rather than an actual paper invoice. I was quoted 150.00 for the first hour. Little didi I know this was only for labor? Too pricey, would not recommend!

I switched to Campbell Cooling/Barney Baker for my furnace maintenance and oil service needs on a recommendation. I have never had to use them for maintenance before, but when an issue occurred over the weekend, I placed a call and they were very prompt in responding to my phone call, going above and beyond to come out to the house and fix the problem. Whenever I have dealt with their staff, they are always very pleasant, professional and accommodating. I will definitely be recommending this company in the future as I have had such great experiences working with them with both my oil deliveries and now maintenance.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made 2 separate appointments for normal heating servicing and they never showed up. The first day, I called and said they didn't have me on the schedule and they made a mistake, so I rescheduled for later that week. The rescheduled day, I called at 4:15pm to ask when they were going to show up? They said, "oh you're next! The service man will be headed to your house next." Never showed up, never called me back. I will not use this company nor do I recommend.
They did the two heating repairs on my rental properties, very impressive and professional, thanks.
