Excellent service by Bryan and his team. Came out on Saturday to replace my AC since I had guest coming on the following Monday. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend
Bryan and his team had to replace our AC unit. Bryan scheduled us as quickly as possible and was even able to come days earlier to replace it. He was responsive, professional and did such a good job explaining everything to us. His team was respectful and professional during the installation. It is evident that they are very knowledgeable and honest! Our system now works beautifully. Would highly recommend and will absolutely use them in the future.

Shoot out for the fantastic Hyper team! Definitely recommend Hyper Heating & Cooling to anyone! We are looking for an HVAC contractor who can repair our older furnace ASAP to save us before the arrival of the coldest wind chill. Hyper came almost immediately and fixed our system in 15min!!! The repairman (sorry I forgot to ask his name) also generously shares maintenance tips about the furnace. Felt lucky that we have such a great business in the area! The longer version is below… I had a very similar experience with the previous Christmas review (Sounds like I am making up a story but I am not lol). Our HVAC just suddenly stopped working 2 days ago. We first called another well-known HVAC company and ended up with the solution that we have to replace the entire system and their schedule is full before the cold weekend. So, we decided to do another quote before moving forward and thankfully we found Hyper! They showed up several hours later, checked the furnace system, and figured out the problem very soon. They propose several potential solutions for us to choose from. They also suggest we replace the system due to the old version, but more like an option instead of a must-do item. At last, we decided to ask them to fix the part for now instead of doing the replacement due to the time limits, and the whole process is really smooth and efficient. And I can finally stay warm. Thank you so much for helping us quickly! Definitely worth your every single penny!
A few days before Christmas and a major cold front, our gas boiler stopped working. Another well-known company in the area that had been doing our routine servicing came out and told me the parts to replace it were hard to find and certainly not in time for Christmas and the cold. They encouraged me to install a new system and quoted me a high price for one they could do the next day. I called Hyper Heating & Cooling for a second quote on a new boiler. Bryan came out and told me our system was fine and the parts were common and easy to find. They were booked but moved things around to get us on schedule the next day since we had no heat or hot water. Lee came for the repair and was fantastic. Now it's Christmas Eve and frigid outside and my family is warm and relieved. I've only ever written one other Google review but I felt compelled to do so here. This is a great company with great people.
Just bought a house and realized the hot water wasn’t staying hot for more than a minute. Was able to get Paul over to assess the situation in one day! We needed a new hot water heater, and were able to schedule the install for that weekend. They were able to answer all my questions and arrived right on time! A few hours later they completed the job. The work was very clean and now my water stays nice and warm! Thank you so much for helping us quickly! Hyper Heating and Cooling is super responsive and accommodating. Coming from vacation we found our a/c not working and Bryan was nice enough to fit us in his already busy schedule and had us up and running in no time! Very professional- we highly recommend!
I've had the pleasure of using Paul of Hyper at a previous home where his services were timely and reasonable. So, I did not hesitate to reach out when my new home's central AC went out during a heat wave recently. Paul took the time to attempt to diagnose and make sure the old system was indeed leaking and needed replacement. He then provided the most competitive and quickest turnaround on a new replacement AC and heating system. We had to relocate for a week due to the heat, Paul, Bryan and Steve showed up early at the day of installation and had my full system up by 3pm same day. I cannot recommend this team enough!! Its hard to find such honest, fair and good quality work these days like they provide. they are the best!

I had my AC and furnace replaced by Hyper Heating & Cooling right before the summer season. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and performed the installation proficiently. The crew was friendly and professional, and they made sure the area they worked was left as clean as they found it.
Highly recommend Paul and his crew. They did a great job ,worked very quickly, offered a good price, and were helpful informing us about the new A/C.
I knew when I had Bryan out for an estimate that he knew this business well and I would be happy with his teams' work. And my intuition was right. They showed up when they said they would. They were very professional and did an excellent job installing my mini split system. I want to point out that mine was no easy install. It is in my finished basement and Bryan and team had to be very creative as to how to best install the system. I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend Hyper Heating and Cooling.
Paul was great! He removed old oil tank and relocated new tank as well as add combustion air duct to my furnace to meet town codes. Price and service could not beat anywhere else. Licensed and highly experienced. Recommend for all HVAC needs.
Bryan is amazing! He helped me many times trying to problem solve my old heating system. He just installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. He is knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and reliable. I now have the piece of mind of having a brand new system. Thank you Bryan !
Steve, Paul and Bryan are awesome. Steve was recommended on face book so I was not sure what to expect. He came to my home the day he said at the time he said. Prompt is important to me. We discussed my central system. He was incredibly knowledgeable and suggested trying to fox the old system, but we determined it was better to replace. His quote was right on par for what I expected to pay a year ago. There was no gouging at all!!! Once we agreed, he promptly sent the quote and copy of insurance. Once we signed it and returned Hyper was able to schedule us three weeks out. They arrived on time. They had to make the intake hole in the ceiling larger unexpectedly and handled it professionally. Didn’t charge me extra for the extra work. They used drop cloths to keep the hallway clean and followed CDC precautions without us asking. We felt incredibly comfortable having them in our home. It was great to have a clean house after a project like this without us having to clean up. Best part about this company is availability and promptness. Coincidentally two days after the AC install my hot water/furnace lost power. I reached out on a Saturday morning and they were at my house about 2 hours later. They fixed the issue quickly and didn’t charge any emergency trip charges or weekend surcharge. They had the part on the truck!! Their pricing is very fair and their personalities are exactly what you hope for with a HVAC company. Too many companies forget the importance of great customer service. We love our new system and love our NEW company. Thank you Steve, Paul and Bryan! I’ll be highly recommending you to anyone that asks.

Excellent team and great results! We sought out multiple quotes from different firms for a new HVAC system. Hyper Heating & Cooling was not only the most competitive, but they also had the best installation approach and were the most knowledgeable. New ducts had to be installed throughout our home and they were precise about placement and did thorough air sealing. They left our house immaculate after the job was completed too. Paul, Steve, Brian, and Mike are the best! Highly recommend.
Highly recommended! I mainly worked with Brian Soucy, who is the co-owner of the business. In scoping the project, he was very thorough in determining the appropriate level of tonnage, placement of vents/ducts, etc. He was very open to listen to my questions/concerns and answered very tactfully. Overall communication was excellent. The workmanship was also excellent. Outside of a brand new working central air conditioning system, I would have never known they were there. Very neat, efficient, timely, and as promised. Icing on the cake was that their price was very reasonable with no surprises, but that’s not even why we chose them. Great vibe from Brian in terms of trustworthiness and overall communication is what sealed the deal. Again highly recommended for HVAC needs.
