Matt and his team were professional, courteous, and completed the installation in a timely manner. Matt is very responsive and provided follow-up for the incentives and rebates. We rely solely on the heat-pumps for our heating and cooling needs. So far we have only gone through the winter and we did not need a secondary heat source. In fact, Matt's team removed our oil baseboards, furnace, and oil tank. We also installed a heat-pump water heater and it works well. So far, we are happy with the upgrades.
Installed these in a house I was renovating in Connecticut through Spring Climate LLC. A perfectly efficient and budget friendly HVAC solution. Thrilled with the results!

We would highly recommend working with Matt and his team. We hit a few hiccups because of our older system they were replacing and some of the old wiring, but they communicated every step of the way. Any time I had a question Matt was quick to respond.
We looked for a system to help our heating and cooling at our basement and entrance. We interviewed many different installers, but it was the combination of Matt’s engineering expertise, his responsiveness and ability to deliver quality on time and at a competitive price that convinced us to work with him and we were not disappointed. Matt and his team installed a state of the art system that is trouble free two years after. I could not imagine working with a better person. Since then Matt was available to help with our old air conditioning units. Don’t use all the cheaply systems advertised online.

Matt and his crew did a great job installing our Norton mini split heat pumps, Matt was great to work with. The Norton system is very reliable and cost effective.
We have been using Norton Air Conditioners' Heat Pumps for approximately 3 years and on numerous projects. We and our customers are very pleased with the performance of their heat pumps and their services. Their heat pumps have one of the highest efficiency ratings and they meet all of Energy Star's high performance requirements and are AHRI certified. Both of these organizations are non-profit and non-biased. Both certify that Norton Air Conditioners' heat pumps meet the very high efficiency and performance stated by Norton Air Conditioners on their website. This was very important to us because it is a third party certification. We have received excellent and very professional services from Norton Air Condoners on every project.
"Matt and Ron from Spring Climate did a phenomenal job. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and did high quality work. We were a bit demanding about wanting the exterior portions to be as discreet as possible. They came up with a few creative solutions to make this happen. I could not be happier. The job took a little longer than expected, but the price stayed the same and the quality of the work was worth the wait. Last year when the oil prices spiked, I switch to the splits exclusively. My heating bill was about 1/2 of what it was costing my with oil."
Excellent product. Quiet. Energy efficient. Our installation has five zones and two 36000 BTU outdoor units. I used it for AC and it was so efficient that we never used more than 3 zones at one time. The installation was super professional and I have recommended the system to several friends and family.
Very good product. Installation and Service was top notch. Affordable air cooling and heating system. So easy to use. Glad we installed the units.
