Pedro and his team of professionals are outstanding! The team arrived on time, completed the service on schedule and without disturbing my household. When they were done, my HVAC system was ready for summer! A few weeks after the cleaning, I called Pedro with a question. Instead of ignoring me, Pedro took the time to stop by my home, examine the situation and make a repair even though the issue had nothing to do with the duct cleaning. I’m very impressed with Pedro , Alex and the team at DuctClean Effects. From the very beginning they were very communicative, clear on scope and deliverables. When they got stuck in traffic, they called ahead and let me know. The crew of three showed up to the house and after a quick orientation they got to work. They did a wonderful job cleaning a 3 zone old system, and the amount of dust they got out of the units was crazy. They did not cut any corners, washed every single vent and left the house spotless. I’m very happy all together!

DuctClean Effects did a phenomenal job cleaning all the ducts and vents in our home. A crew of three arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. and they remained on site until after 1 p.m. During the cleaning process, an employee updated me on what they were doing and showed me first-hand how dirty the ducts were. The dryer was a real mess and they also replaced the dryer vent connector. They were so thorough, and now my wife and I can literally breathe easier knowing our ducts and vents are meticulously cleaned.
There were three workers, all were very accommodating, very nice, helpful & explained everything clearly. House was very clean when they left; loved the service.

Pedro was very professional and informative throughout the process. The crew worked straight through until the job was completed in approximately 3.5 hours. However, after the crew left we noticed that our floors were caked with dust; including my sons bed. The crew also filled our trash bins and recycling bin with their trash. The utility room was not shop vacuumed which left a thick layer of dirt/dust of the floor. For 750 dollars; the post work clean up should have been alot more thorough. Update: Pedro came by our home and explained why and how the dust made it into our house. Pedro was very apologetic and honored his money back guarantee; we were refunded 100% of the cost.

DuctClean effects sent a team of 3 people to my house who worked continuously through the day to clean our entire system. They are true professionals; they worked methodically and did not miss a detail. They use state of the art equipment that included camera inspection. Further, they communicated clearly about what they were doing and were careful with our furniture and objects. The service far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.
