Called to say the AC was not keeping up with the high temperature & humidity. Sal Marino came out the next morning and ran diagnostics on our new system, made some adjustments and suggestions for set points. Very satisfied with the responsiveness and results.
My experience started when I first called. The person on the phone was very polite and professional. He noted and repeated back the details of my observations to make sure it was correct. They scheduled the date, asked for my time preference and confirmed both. Before getting off the phone, they went through typical pricing for the service portion so there would be no surprises on the day of service. I received both a text and email confirmation. On the scheduled date, I received a text that my tech was en route along with his name. Again, very professional. He reiterated my issues and quickly went to work diagnosing the problem. He swapped out the part and we immediately had a functioning A/C system again. We wanted maintenance performed, so that was next. He cleaned the outside enclosure and checked the refrigerant levels. Since they were good, he checked and cleaned the components of the air handler inside. With maintenance completed, he reviewed details of the bill. Everything was in order, he thanked us for the business and wished me a good rest of the day. Did I say they were very professional? I would highly recommend SM to anyone in search of an HVAC service.
Derek and his guys were great. The install took a few more days than expected but but everything came out fine.
Air conditioner stopped working, I called them after hours; they called me back the next day… diagnosed and fixed the system same day, they did not try to up sell me. I’m considering an annual maintenance with this company.
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with SM. Jonathan, Okoto, and Angel were professional, and performed top notch work. We would recommend SM to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Hired SM Mechanical to replace my Carrier central air evaporator coil. It certainly wasn't cheap (what is these days?) but they were VERY responsive / communicative, professional, punctual and efficient up and down the line. That includes everybody who I dealt with - Sal (in the office) and both techs (Jesus who diagnosed the issue, then Jonathan who replaced the coil). Sal personally reached out and followed up initially, and was always very quick to call back. You get confirmation emails and texts at EVERY step of the process. What else could you ask for??? I'll definitely use SM mechanical going forward.
Guy came out before the estimated time which gave me time to do my arrons. Love this company.
Phenomenal service at a great price! We have 2 AC units in our house that both broke at the same time. One was leaking and the other one's fan was moving, but there wasn't any cooling. We called our regular HVAC company and they couldn't get out here for almost a week. I looked on Google and found SM Mechanical and I am so glad I called them. It's no wonder their reviews are amazing. Jesus came out within 24 hours to fix them both. He came after hours and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He had both units fixed within an hour and running smoothly. After this excellent service, we will definitely continue to use SM Mechanical for all of our HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!

Jesus was a great tech. He diagnosed and fixed our complex problem quickly and efficiently. He was nice and polite and wasn’t phased by our big dogs. The customer service and price were great too. Our entire experience with SM Mechanical was positive. We will use them again and I recommend them highly.

The SM Mechanical Services team did a heat pump installation for us and we're very happy with the results. From start to finish, they were friendly and responsive (plus, their prices were fair). I'd highly recommend going to them for your HVAC needs!
All in all a great job. Installers of the heat pump were very professional and did an amazing job. Little issue I had was with my thermostat which was replaced but actually tends out to be far better than the one I had. Owner is very knowledgeable and explained the whole system to me. Price was the best as compared to other companies which was sometimes double. Plan is to stick with them for the long haul
The young man who came to do maintenance on my AC was courteous, professional and answered questions I had. I needed a part replaced and he showed it to me then explained the reason needed replacing. He cleaned not only the system connected to furnace area but washed the outside unit. The company I had before never did such a thorough job. I am so glad I have SM Mechanical taking care of my furnace and AC.

Our furnace stopped working during the night and SM Mechanical was able to get us on their schedule for early the next morning. Jesus was our technician and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and replace the part to get us up and running within a couple hours. SM Mechanical will be my first call the next time I need any work done.
New furnace, central air and oil tank installation. Amazing crew!! Alex was here in 4 days to give an estimate and was great to work with!! I highly recommend them!!
