Toby came to my house to give me a quote on installing a Fresh Air Vent. He courteous and explained everything to me. Let me ask all the questions and explained everything kindly. He gave me requested information on servicing my AC and Boiler. After calling many companies to get this quote and having almost no one get back to us, I was very pleased with everything Toby and degree had to say. Thanks so much for all the help.

Toby serviced our furnace today and was on time, professional and cleaned up what little mess he made due to the servicing. He answered all the questions we had and gave us a ton of information on our unit that we didn’t know. Will definitely continue to use Degree!

I woke up to no hot water this morning. Degree sent a technician over within an hour of my call. Dan was very nice and informative, explaining what he thought the issue was and how he planned to remedy it. It turned out to be a faulty pilot assembly which he replaced immediately. So pleased that the repair was made in a timely manner and to have hot water again and oh, by the way, Dan was waiting for me when I arrived home from the grocery store and was kind enough to help me carry a couple of bags into my home. I appreciated his help very much. I highly recommend Degree!
Degree is, indeed, a 5 star dealer! Conrad did our annual maintenance this morning. He was terrific - friendly, thorough, and professional, answered all our questions and gave us a few tips to maximize the efficiency of our ductless units!

Our AC wasn’t working. Toby from Degree came out and fixed a leak in our system. He was professional and patient with us. He stayed at our house until the job was finished and the system was fully operational. We are very happy with Degree’s service
Degree replaced my 37yr old HVAC system. A clear easy to understand quote was provided with no pressure to buy from the salesman. They were able to schedule installation quickly - very professional staff. I can't speak more highly about their top-tier customer service - a special thank you to Dan.
Very disappointed with Degree. After checking reviews for a lot of different companies I decided to get a quote from Degree. Mike came out an assessed the property and what I was looking for, was very prompt with putting together the initial quote. I then asked for a couple of adjustments and Mike said he would do that and get back to me, I never received an updated quote from Mike. A few weeks later I was contacted asking if I had any questions about the quote, I let them know I had been expecting an updated quote but never received it. I was told they would speak with Mike and have it sent over, it has been several weeks now and nothing. I gave 2 stars as the initial contact, appointment scheduling and promptness with the appointment were great. After that very disappointing.
I continue to use Degree heating because they provide excellent work at reasonable prices and their employees are good people. Hannah is always cheerful and helpful with scheduling my service calls. Conrad repaired my boiler during a storm instead of going home after a very long day of emergency repairs. Dan swiftly repaired my leaking boiler while being friendly and professional—and keeping mess from the carpeted area near the boiler. I happy I can rely on this company.

Great company to work with. Responsive, honest and always on time. They came to give me a quote on a new heating system and were able to install it in 1 day without any hidden/additional costs.
nothing negative about company however I want to shout our for Conrad Alvert Jr, awesome technician. Went way out to figure out what is the root cause of the issue and fixed it , which most of the technician didn't figure it out. Vent in room is not blowing much air , called technician earlier to find the reason . Conrad went up in attic , follow the path and found the reason that damper is not holding stable because of which vent is not throwing much air. Thanks a lot Conrad , really appreciate your help ... all stars for you man ...
