I have used the company, on two occasions, to troubleshoot and repair boiler/water heating issues. The owner, Paul, has exceeded expectations. His customer service and responses have been exceptional. He has personally been involved and remedied the tricky issues in both instances. It has been a pleasure to work with a company owner who actually cares about customers and goes above and beyond to satisfy their needs.
They saved me in my moment of need, and the price was right. I highly recommend Glastonbury Burner & Boiler.
I called Glastonbury Burner and Boiler leave message emergency no hot water and no heating three time from 7am to 9 am but no answer.
Excellent Service Called in Glastonbury Burners and boilers for, they came in time and diagnosed problem and suggested new Ac Coil installation. Gave quote, never spoke about any diagnostic fee like another company. Owner Paul Bunell was very nice to communicate, polite and even he came at evening 7.30 pm to check on Ac himself when i had some question in person. Got a very reasonable quote and their team was very professional and finished in time. Called them again when my Hvac has heating issue , they came with in a hour of call .Fixed problem with my wiring in zone panel and has multiple issue which i was not aware as my blower was frozen, humidifier and also service my heater. Jeff and his team was very knowledgeable about hvac, thermostats and has patience to explain. As a new owner i was not aware of my heating system with multiple thermostat , Jeff looked and checked even though there was no problem and explained it to how it functions. Very professional, quick, efficient , Knowledgeable , reliable. Earlier used couple other HVac , when we call them they tell prices first , without asking our problem.
After extensive research we selected Glastonbury Burner & Boiler to replace our 20+ year old furnace and air conditioning system. We chose them based on their experience, knowledge, consultative approach and competitiveness. The installation was done in a professional and timely manner and their follow up to ensure the job was 100% to our satisfaction was very much appreciated. All in all it was a job well done!

Paul the owner is a great guy. They do amazing work and show up on time. In a pinch or emergency they make time for you.
All I can say is this entire team was amazing!! They replaced my homes boiler and hot water system. This started with selection of the right equipment. Then with the high efficiency boiler they expeditiously assisted with get an awesome low interest financing deal. Then the installation team did the full removal and installation of the new system in less than a full day. The system has been in place for about a month now and had a big Thanksgiving test with lots of people using hot water at the same time. We could not be happier with the entire process.
Great service. They were able to source and install a new hot water heater quickly. They provided numerous options for the replacement - all of which were well rated. The actual install took under two hours – Jeff did a great job. He ran over the important details of the new model and made sure the old tank and all remnants were removed. Very pleased with the company’s response and professionalism.
Great service for my home and business. I had hot water failure at my business and the were out in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

I received a few different quotes from companies nearby for central air installation. Paul and his staff were dependable and knowledgeable. When they came to give my quote, they were respectful and adhered to Covid protocols, which was important to me because I have children. When they came back a second time to discuss the installation, Paul, the owner, came to the house to introduce himself and see the job himself. This meant a lot to my wife and I, as the owner came out multiple times to make sure everything was going to plan and that we were satisfied. I highly recommend these guys. They went above and beyond and made sure the house was spotless when they were done.
They are simply the best for installations and service. They did an excellent job installing my central air and furnace. I continue to use them for annual service. They “all” do an excellent job, are always on time, and just the nicest people to converse with. 👍
The website says they provide 24/7 emergency service. But what they don’t tell you is that is only if you are an existing customer. If your furnace isn’t working on the weekend and you are a new customer, you have to wait until Monday. Didn’t realize service and parts are different if you are new or existing customer. Lost an opportunity for me to become a customer.
They installed a new oil boiler and hot water tank and they did an awesome job! They were quick and professional.
I am so impressed with this company. Our old furnace stopped working and there was a gas leak because of it. I called Glastonbury Burner and Boiler frantically looking for a replacement right away. They did it within 5 hours of my initial call and at a price that would’ve been good on a regular day, never mind an emergency! They will now be my go to!
It was an absolute pleasure using Glastonbury Burner and Boiler to install both a heating sytem and air conditioning system in my home... Mr. Belles and his crew were amazing, very clean, and professional... Called due to an issue with my HVAC system and asked about price and timing. He couldn't give me an answer on timing and said 145 an hour, i said wow that was more than i was expecting (i'm a new homeowner, learning the joy of it...). Before I can say another word I hear, "ok" and he HANGS UP. They obviously care about one thing, and one thing only, getting paid with no questions asked. Good Luck! (Here's the crazy thing, I was going to ask him to come out and take a look but didn't have the chance)
Excellent job servicing a malfunctioning oil burner. There are few true burner technicians in the area, but these guys know their stuff. Pricing is fair as well.
