I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and options helping us to reach a speedy resolution at an affordable price. I wouldn’t have a single hesitation about hiring him and will certainly be contacting him soon for boiler service and any additional HVAC needs!
Scott did some A/C maintenance and boiler repair for my husband and me. He had originally come out to look the A/C unit, as it wasn’t functioning properly, and my husband asked him look at the boiler while he was here. He was able to save us thousands of dollars on both the a/c and boiler by repairing them, instead of replacing them. Scott was responsive and thorough from our very first contact with him, through the end of the work he did for us. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and then showed my husband all of the work when it was completed. I would definitely recommend Taylor Home Solutions and will utilize his services again in the future.
Scott was great! After having many bad experiences and ridiculous priced quotes he was a breath of fresh air. He cleaned and fixed a part on our gas boiler! I wont be looking around any more for a service guy . He was very knowladgeable and proffessional i would highly reccommend him !!
Superlative service from Scott and Taylor Home Solutions. Went out of their way to find an part for an aging system and got it installed and got furnace up and running quickly. all in same day. highly recommended.

Taylor Home Services installed ductless a/c system in our home in June of 2022. Scott said it would take three days but he and his crew finished in two days. You never know how things will go with a new contractor but Scott was better than I ever expected. Scott and his crew were friendly and neat. Scott was great taking the time to explain what was needed and direct me to the right units for my house. His price was also very competitive and cheaper than other places I had quotes from. Quick, clean installation while taking the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommend!!

Scott was referred to us by another company that was unable to help us with our combination water heater. In fact, we found that a lot of companies are not willing to help fix these type of systems. When we called Scott it was clear he knew exactly what the issue we were having could be without even looking at the system. He talked through what might be going on and was able to come out quickly to take a look for us. We ended up ordering a part for our system and Scott came to install the part and got our system working within a short time! Other companies told us we needed a whole new system so Scott being able to repair ours saved us thousands. Aside from being great at what he does, Scott is also animal friendly and took the time to say hello to our big Labrador who was looking for attention 😊 We are thankful for his expertise and willingness to help!
Scott showed up for both the quote and the installation promptly and exactly as he said he would. As he and his electrician worked on the installation they made sure that they did quality work and easily dealt with the little non-standard quirks of an older house to the point of fixing a couple of issues that weren't in the bid. Great work and the system has been awesome as a heating set-up. Looking forward to this summer now.

Best experience I could have asked for! Scott came out promptly, addressed our concerns, explained everything and gave us a more than reasonable quote. We promptly decided he was the man for the job. He replaced our hot water heater, even saw an issue with the washer hookup and fixed that while he was there! Honest, good service, even going the extra mile! He has our business for years to come!
