Service was garbage paid $1,200 for nothing. When you call Homestead and your placed on hold you hear a claim that they service all brands thats false advertising. Their tech claimed to only be trained on 1 brand of tankless combos and try and push their brand since the only thing they did for me was change so many parts and no results. One month with no heat and hot water. A real trained tech can service any unit if they have skill and not blame tech support for their failures. Hopefully no other customers have to endure their unskilled techs
Homestead Comfort was very thorough and precise about everything regarding the installation of the AC and heating systems. Not only did the salesman go over all the items, but the installation crew also walked me through the process just to be sure everyone was on the same page and that I had a clear understanding of what was going on. Their professionalism and courtesy was nothing less than stellar! In addition, upon completion, they have already scheduled my annual maintenance for 2024. I would recommend Homestead to anyone looking for AC or heating to contact them, and feel confident that they will take care of all your needs. Thank you Todd and your crew for making me feel like I am your only customer! Your work was awesome and your daily cleanups were impeccable.
Was scared to lose Heritage. Now believe my relationship will be good with you. Stay CUSTOMER oriented. People OVER 📈 profits. The tech who cleaned my furnace ROCKED. A good man! Provided info on your other services I will use.
I thought I had a 200 gallon limit but I had no contract to ascertain the details of this budget plan. What happens when they deliver more than that and/or what happens when they routinely deliver oil in May when you don't need any oil or it's almost $7/gallon. Then you start the next 'season' in the 'red'. I don't trust these people and have finally moved on after my family had them (as Ireland Oil) for 25+ years.
I had a new propane gas furnace installed in two days. Installers were efficient and did professional job. Also removed old oil tank and oil furnace. Left basement clean. I am very pleased.
Justin was fantastic. We had him install a unit to increase the water pressure from our well. It was done clean and neatly. Not only was he on time but he was early. The price was fair and I would use them again.
I had Homestead replace my furnace. Cody was the tech on the job. Cody was excellent. the install went perfectly. He did an excellent job from start to finish. I would highly recommend Homestead to do all you heating needs and if possible request Cody.
I recently had the ductless A/C system installed. From start to finish I have been met with the most professional and knowledgeable and helpful people. My installers Cody and Trevor were both amazing, professional, courteous. Highly recommend Homestead.
The maintenance tech was fantastic very respectful, polite, very knowledgeable, kept me informed every step of the repair which I appreciated and made for no surprises
There was an issue with my boiler after their service call. Air in the lines or the nozzle they installed was bad, this could happen with any company. They came back until everything worked as it should with speed and polite service.
Very professional. Dave explained everything he checked. Found a problem with the gas meter and I had the gas company out that day to fix. Will definitely use Homestead for all my service and repairs.
Since moving into our home 2 years again we have had our furnace maintenances 2 times and this last time the gentlemen was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us, we there on time and was very friendly!
Gave four stars only because the quote / invoice did not include any level of detail ( no parts no labor breakdown). The work preformed by Tylor, was prompt, courteous and professional.
Justin came out to diagnose/fix my leaking water filtration system. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He went above and beyond, can’t recommend him enough!
Excellent service and very courteous staff. I have been a customer for almost 23 years now and they have been the only ones to maintain and service my oil heater which I've had no issues throughout this time. Also, they have been the only ones to provide my home with heating oil with automatic fill. I never have to worry about running out of heating oil. I highly recommend you call them for your homes HVAC needs!

Installed Generator. Entire staff was fantastic. After all the work was completed, Everyone went over everything with me and answered all my questions. Also, received follow up calls to make sure that I was happy with the service ( which I was) and did I have any other questions. Thank You Homestead Fuel. 2022 - Tyler always keeps my furnace running perfect with yearly maintenance and recently this year also had Homestead do the Home Energy with Joey and Devon. Caulked all my windows. Bottom door draft stops and gave me a few suggestions to keep my energy costs down. Thank you everyone at Homestead Fuel. 😁
We can't recommend homestead enough for providing an initial quote, getting approved through the bank. And installing our new combi gas unit in 2 weeks! The whole team: sales, technicians and office staff were amazing and we are forever grateful in the amount of care they put into our home. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for an honest and reliable team.
