We had an after hours emergency call for repair of our AC unit. Tyler arrived in the time he promised and did what he could to trouble shoot. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available. The next day we received a call with an update and got the part on order. East Coast Mechanical installed our AC unit 10+ years ago and have done the yearly maintenance each year at a reasonable cost. The few times we had to call them, they were quick to respond and are always polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install new, handle preventive maintenance, or if their heating/cooling units need repair.
Recently had a new A/C System installed. Dave the salesman explained the different options and was very informative. Chris, Trevor and Lex, the technicians, were very professional and answered all questions that I had of the installation. Very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend East Coast.
A/C compressor stopped working. Very hot & humid. East Cost arrived same day as my call. Fixed the unit& now we have a/c again. Inside staff was very helpful to our needs. I highly recommend this company
We were extremely pleased with the purchase and installation of our new air conditioning system. The unit was competitively priced, delivered and installed as scheduled, and both installers were professional in their demeanor, installation and clean up.
When my service man I had been using for over 25 years retired we had difficulty finding someone good and dependable at a reasonable cost to replace him. After a couple tries with others we ended up at East Coast and are very happy we did. They are professional, prompt and cost is reasonable. I like that we always have the same tech who is now familiar with our boiler and heat pump and keeps them in top shape. Calls always get answered as do any questions I ask, scheduling is a breeze. Out of hours and return calls are also handled promptly. If you are in need of any service don't hesitate to contact them.
East Coast came on the date and time expected. The whole experience was great. The team was very professional.The salesman Dave went through all details explaining all our options and answered all our questions. The tech’s Cole, Trevor, and Bill that performed the install did a clean neat job. The job was completed on time. I would recommend this company!

I’ve contacted East coast mechanical for estimates for two separate new equipment installations, and both times they did excellent work and gave a honest, fair estimate - no surprises when I got the bill and that’s rare! Dave, their sales guy is fantastic, so knowledgeable, and patient, willing to answer all questions. Trevor on the installation was great, he called me ahead of time to let me know he was coming and the job was clean.. I wish I could remember the other installers because they’ve all been terrific. Would absolutely recommend, and will use them again!
I used this Company to replace my gas furnace and A/C unit. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received! From day one The sales rep Dave laid out his proposal advising us what was the best route to proceed with our upgrade. The actual installation took last than a day and a half, Nothing but respect for the two technicians who did the installation. I would use East Coast Mechanical again.

A quote was obtained from David in Sales. David was very reasonable in the estimate. Trevor and Cole were sent to my house where they spent 2 days installing a new central air unit and water heater. They were very professional, clean, and a pleasure to talk to. Their work was outstanding!! Not only do I recommend them to anyone needing similar jobs but I will actively recommend them to people in my community.

Recently had a mini split (ductless heat/ac) installed. Initial visit by Dave was excellent. Thoroughly explaining my options and costs associated. Scheduling was easy. Install techs were right on time, clean, respectful, explained the system and asked if any questions. There were no gimmicks and the price remained the same from day 1. I don't trust many, but they earned mine.
All of the scheduling staff are very helpful and professional especially Mary, Christine and Bree. The field staff including Tyler, Dave and Travis are prompt, hardworking, knowledgeable and great people to do business with.

ECM installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system in my house. They were there on time and it was done in a professional manner. The technicans answered all my questions about the system. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.
East coast came out next day to help me with my water heater problem. I had used another company prior and kept having the same issues every 6 months. They helped me trouble shoot the issue and gave me different options. They worked with me on the price and got me on the schedule quickly. All the guys who worked in my house were professional and respectful. Would highky recommend this business!
