This company charges to provide an estimate and then takes weeks to provide the actual estimate. Plenty of places that don’t charge. I won’t be utilizing this company again.
They are dependable, professional, do excellent work and stand by their work. I have recommended them friends and family.
I’ve used Basso Plumbing & Heating for over 10 years for maintenance and plumbing. I was always impressed with how kind everyone was to us from the front office to everyone that visited the house. I recently took their recommendation to replace my water heater and boiler to a single efficient system. They showed up at 7:30 am and stayed past 9 pm to knock the cover off the ball. They completed a multiple system renovation in one day. We gained much more space and a system that is near silent but most importantly, we cut our costs from $250 to $35 a month. I truly thank them all for making a stressful situation easy and painless!
Second time this year (2022) using plumbing service. 1st install outdoor water faucet. 2nd checking gas stove for leaks. Today was Joe D. and both service men were excellent. They will explain everything they are doing and why. They also give options for your issue. Very polite and friendly. Will be using them again.

Impressed with everyone at this company, from the Tech, Jamie to the owner Steve. Had to have our main sewer line replaced from the house to the sidewalk. Walked us through everything from start to finish. Steve stopped by at every step to make sure everything was going as planned and it went as smoothly as possible. Their plumber Jamie did an amazing job repairing my mother's kitchen sink faucet and also the supply line. In addition he also cleared the blockage within the bath tub drain line. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and all set. I also love the fact that he's very flexible with the pricing. Overall, me and mom (especially) is very satisfied. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this company. Most of all, I highly recommend Jamie the plumber.

Used this firm for a few plumbing issues I had with kitchen sink, slop sink in laundry room and service valve at meter. The serviceman, Jaime: was super professional, works clean- you'd never know he was there when he left and best of all he addressed all the issues and I'm super happy with how things turned out. The appointments were on time, always got a text from Lauren in advance of service and I'll be sure to call them in future if any other needs arise. Very happy with the work they did for me.

Found Steve Basso's services on the back of a previous positive Google review, so thought right to add one in (1st review I've done). Initially engaged Basso do do annual AC and Heating service, given poor service received (i.e. responsive and uninformed) from a large local provider (I live in Greenwich, CT) inherited from house purchase in 2020. Found Basso team to be informed, polite, clean, responsive and puncital. Then engaged them in 2022 to quote for replacing 30 year HVAC and boiler unit. Found quote to be competitive and what we asked for - options A, B and C. Only one of 4 quotes we did not have to chase down, and structured as asked. Removal and install took 2 weeks. Team delivered on time and on budget. Clean and respectful also. Would recommend Steve Basso and his team in a heartbeat. Gio
Called them multiple time to setup an estimate to replace my condenser which is not a cheap job. Missed out on a huge pay day. To your reply: I didn’t get your email on the 6th. Even with poor cell service I would received a voicemail to return your call.

My husband called Steve Basso Plumbing for a minor repair but was unable to schedule something that worked with his schedule. My husband said the woman who answers the phone is so pleasant that she deserves a raise! In this day of answering machines and mediocre customer service she made quite an impression on him - and he's a tough critic! We will be calling for any future needs. Thank you.
Been using this service for a few years!! Prompt and professional for sure!! Steve and Quinton did an amazing job figuring out why my heat wasn't working!! Would highly recommend this company for heating or plumbing!! Definitely the best in town for those purposes!!
Excellent in every way! Jayson, the technician, can perform magic! He is the very best at what he does including going the extra mile without you having to ask as well as being a complete gentleman toward you and your family. He's a keeper. So is Nina! Nina, the receptionist and appt scheculing associate, is so sweet and accommodating, that you can "hear" her smile over the phone. What a nice entry into your first experience with this great company! She had a technician at my door the following day at about 8:00am...and, he actually showed up!!!! This company was amazing. I called them a day before and had a technician at my home the next day. Where as other places I contact denied me service or were to busy. The technician Jamie arrived on time pleasant,helpful,knowledgeable. Very hard worker. He knew exactly how to do his job. I’m very happy with him and his job performance was great. I will recommend this company to others. Over all if I need them in the future they are the ones I will call. Nina was great! My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with Steve Basso Company thank you so much!
We had Steve Basso's tech out to replace the faucet and piping in my daughter's bathroom sink. There was not a lot of room to work in the small bath but they did a great job and charged the exact amount of the estimate. My second experience with the company and I have been pleased on both occurrences. Hate to have to call a plumber but making this call is easier as I know the service and pricing will be great. I really like Steve Basso and his company. We have had Sean service our geothermal system several times. Both Steve, Sean and office (Kevin) are responsive, professional and get the job done. Great at what they do!
