Communication was easy, Tim is Knowledgeable about HVAC and explained the work, finished work in a timely manner ! Highly Recommend.
My husband and I recently moved to Norwalk CT and needed to find a heating and cooling contractor. Tim has been fantastic! He has serviced our system and also fixed a problem we had with one of our compressors. He is very responsive and explains what needs to be done and why. We signed a service contract with Cobra and plan on using them for all our heating and cooling needs. I am confident we are receiving reliable and trustworthy service.
Our furnace died after 8 years due to faulty installation and a service provider who accepted the yearly fees, but did not service the HVAC unit correctly. Tim at Cobra installed our new furnace correctly, but more importantly has been on point in servicing. He knows more about HVAC than anyone in Fairfield County and will dilligently attend to any issues he diagnosis when servicing the unit.
Tim came to our condo and saved the day! Our heat stopped working and Tim was able to get us back up and running in just a few hours even though he had to fix and/or replace several parts which had not been done properly by other contractors. We now have a cozy home and a great service plan for the future. He explained everything to us in a clear and conscise manner, was clean, professional and super friendly. I would highly recommend him!!!
Cobra is my go to for all my heating and AC needs. Tim helped us with both our ac and heating in our first home and when we moved into our second home he was there to support us again. He is the only one we trust to handle our ac and heating needs. Great price and honest diagnosis.
Tim did a great job with my heating issue and found the problem and was cost efficient. He was such a great help and came out when no one else would. I will sure to call him for any other service needs I have!
OK, here I was with a 15 year old Unico installation that had failed for good. Tim made it all right, fixing all that had been done badly. Oh yeah, the indoor equipment was wedged into tiny mechanical spaces under the attic eaves. Hardly a walk in the park. I am a very satisfied customer.
