No complaints. Excellent service
Our technician Junior was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. He communicated exactly what was going to be done and clearly went over our options when an unexpected issue was found. I’ll be using R&R for all of my HVAC needs going forward.
We have and will continue to use R&R for ALL our service needs. They are prompt, professional and very easy to work with. We have had our A/C problems and both Ramon and his son responded within hours of our request for service. Happy we our his customers.
Called them on a Monday with the need for an appointment as early as possible. Ramon was able to schedule me for the same day and fixed all the issues within the hour. Incredibly nice guy who went above and beyond.

My oil furnace stopped working. I have young kids and my house was freeze. R and R was very responsive and understand of my situation. They fixed the issue at a reasonable price. I will use them for our heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Great and quick customer service.
Ramon removed my damaged hot water heater and replaced it with a new one. His services were prompt, his customer service was amazing. He cleaned up after himself and hauled away my broken tank. His fees are extremely reasonable and the quality of his work is impeccable. I will be referring him to many friends and family. His billing system and notification system is modern and keeps you updated on all the work that is being done, estimated times of arrival and when the job is complete. Feels nice to have a reliable HVAC service come to the rescue when an emergency arises.
Junior is the best! They made time for my repairs at the last minute when my furnace failed.
Five days without heat and two people looked at my furnace, after guessing with no success. I came across R & R on Google, papa Ramon came the same day I called, told me the cicuit board needed to be replace, Ramon Jr. Came the next day after they ordered the part And my furnace started running like new and heated the whole house. Thank God I found you on Google and thank you for fixing my furnace soooooo fast. I will tell all my friends. Once again thank you.

Wonderful, personable, and knowledgeable people! I felt they really care about my concern and reacted fast. That’s what you want when you fear that your heater is not functioning properly and the temperature outside is plunging down and it’s 2 days before Christmas:) I would highly recommend this place. So happy I found it to use for all my heating and cooling equipment !

Everybody is friendly, courteous and ready to explain exactly what's going on, answer any questions, and what will be done to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
