M&M responded quickly and efficiently to our home in Trumbull. Ryan was extremely professional and courteous. He quickly identified the issue (a bad capacitor) and replaced it immediately. I’d highly recommend M&M to anyone in the area.

If you are having trouble with your heating systems, M&M Heating and Cooling should be your first and last call. Nick responded quickly and ensured that the problem was solved. He took the time to explain to my husband and I, the problem with the system and made recommendations as necessary. He was courteous and thoughtful and waited to ensure the system ran properly before leaving. I will use him for all of our heating and cooling needs. I immediately recommended him to my neighbor.
This company is wonderful to worth with, very responsive and prompt. We had our A/C tune up done and the technician was wonderful. Very professional, friendly and informative. I first called them for service last year when my unit went out during a hot spell. They sent someone the same day and it was fixed quickly. Highly recommend!

The entire team at M&M is efficient, thorough, courteous and professional. The front office staff timely booked my appointment. Technician arrived on time. My questions were answered, concerns addressed and installation completed. Best of all the price was reasonable. Nick and his team will be my HVAC go to and who I would recommend to anyone.

M&M installed a new boiler a few years ago quickly and cost effectively. Through my own negligence, a part recently broke. The responded on a weekend within 30 mins of my call and were able to make the needed repairs with parts on hand quickly.

Prompt and fair
Before buying my new furnace from M&M, I did a lot of research on other furnace installation companies. M&M gave me, by far, the best price. Nick, my salesman, was patient in explaining everything to me, and he never pushed me or was in any way agressive. The men involved in installing the furnace--Ryan and John--were very polite, quiet, and extremely neat. I appreciate very much that Nick came to check on the work while it was being done. And all throughout, Cheryl, the Service Manager, was patient, helpful and friendly. M&M was a really good experience, and I have been toasty warm all winter!
