We've just been through the first heating season with Kaufman and have been happy enough with the company that we just renewed for the upcoming season. The people working for this company are just lovely. Automatic monthly deliveries during the height of the season made life much easier. All in all, a pleasant experience with an oil company.
We had our annual boiler service today. Technician explained everything fully. Very satisfied with the service.
They are always there for us when we most need and more importantly, they are gentle, polite and show genuine interest to promptly attend us.
Both Cassandra and Ganya were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and pleasant on the phone. Cassandra helped me on May 4th to set up a price cap plan. Ganya helped me today to arrange a steady budget with auto pay to smooth out the anticipated costs as they change with the seasons.
I just spoke with Jonathan who was so clear and thorough in explaining my contract with Kaufman Fuel. I was grateful for the time he took to make all details of my contract comprehensible. It was one more reason why after more than 20 years with Kaufman, I am grateful that they are my provider.
I became a HOP Energy fuel customer back in the summer of 2022. I must say I am truly pleased with the service I have received so far. Every representative I have spoken to has been stellar. I highly recommend this company.
Furnace had a soot issue. Service showed up within an hour and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. Super nice guy.
Our service call was returned quickly and our tech arrived promptly, was friendly and worked efficiently.
My appointment was scheduled for between 8 AM and 12 PM. At 12:40 I called to find out what time somebody was going to be there, and they did end up showing up at 1:45. I had somebody at my house waiting for them because I had to work. The technician never called to say they were going to be late. Very annoying and unprofessional

Kaufman Fuel has always been extremely responsive to all my needs. Service, Installation & Billing has always been handled expediently & professionally. I recently received a proactive call from John. He wanted to make sure a recent billing situation was taken care of. I was very impressed.
This is the FIRST TIME IN ALL THE YEARS I'VE USED KAUFMAN that the person on the phone was able to explain to me the bill in a way that I understood. Her name is Ashley and she was terrific. I liked the others prior to her but always gave up and did not understand.
Kaufman service is excellent the Technician repaired my leaking expansion tank with a new one and now the furnace is working properly now. Thank you Kaufman you are the Best!

I had to call twice because I forgot to ask a question. In both instances, the representatives were extremely helpful and pleasant. They took care of my needs immediately. Janice was able to clarify some information my pricing and cap. I was relieved to know that I am paying well below my cap. GREAT Customer Experience!!!

Very helpful customer service and prompt response if there is any problems.
Kaufman fuel worked very hard to fix our air conditioning. They sent technicians promptly and stayed with the problem til it was fixed. We would recommend them for both heating and air conditioning. Spoke to Ashley today about oil tank protection plan. She was so helpful.
I have always found the representatives to be knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I had multiple questions and each was answered efficiently and with appreciation for our long time patronage. One dropped phone call is all that kept this from being five star.
