Bob was on time and did a great maintenance job and diagnosed the problem with our AC.
This was the first time that I used Celco. They completed the yearly service on my air conditioner. The service provider Bob and the person that scheduled my appointment were very professional. Celco seems to be more flexible with scheduling appointments than some of the smaller shops. It is alway nerve racking to use a new company because I always wonder if they are going to say I need parts that I don’t need etc. That didn’t happen and I appreciate that. I will use them again in the future.
I had an excellent experience. The woman who answered the phone was smart and friendly, giving me a service time that fit my schedule perfectly. The serviceman was great at answering questions and servicing my heating and air conditioning unit. I am very pleased with Celco service.

Had a tune-up done on my boiler The technician, Nick, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. Also very friendly, and because of him, I will be using the company again.

My family and I are very pleased to have used Celco for our HVAC install. The salesperson Rod was very "up front" and knowledgeable on the type of system needed to cool and heat our home. Rod was also very knowledgeable on the state rebates/process and financing options that we could use for this major project. The estimate given was fair and spelled out everything that would be done for such a detailed and involved installation of an HVAC system from scratch, since we did not have duct work in our home. Lisa was very helpful getting the loan and contract information processed and lining up our install dates. I didn't get the names of the two guys that delivered the condenser unit, air handler and other items the first day of the install, but they were professional an on-time. Installers Simon, Cody and Josh were on-time, professional and did a great job with installing the outdoor unit condenser, lifting and installing the air handler in the attic and installing all the duct-work throughout our home. Each day they made sure to lay out protective blankets to protect and keep our, floors clean and free from damage where they would be working that day, which was mainly on the second floor of our home where there is access to the attic. They also took their time answered several questions I asked them through this three and half day install. Overall, we are happy with the way this project was managed, from the delivery of the supplies/materials and the install being started and completed on-time (as we were promised). This was a major and nerve-racking project for my family and I, but the team at Celco Heating and Air Conditioning helped us through every step of the project. Thank you, Livingston Family
Fantastic experience! They were communicative about when the technician, Bob, would be there, they arrived on time and performed excellent work. I also appreciate that they didn’t try to up-sell a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. This is now our go-to HVAC company!

Everyone at Celco was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. From Rod giving us their estimate, Lisa in the office responding to our questions along the way to Simon, Lorant and Josh doing the installation work, everyone was great! We highly recommend Celco for Central A/C installation. We have also decided to use them for our A/C and Heating maintenance services because we are so happy with them.
After sales service is poor. 6 months of requesting info for rebate and I lost $200 because of promises and then no more replies. Installation went smooth. -- Edit on 5/17 Adding more info to owner's reply: 1. Sales person knew about existing furnace. In the email back and forth, here is EXACT message that was sent to me "Yes you are eligible for that rebate we would take care of post install and it would be a mail in rebate." 2. Assuming it was an oversight during sales process, there was no need to keep the case open for 6 months. Just let the customer know rebate is not possible. In the email back and forth, either there were false promises they will get back, OR no replies at all = POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. 3. My concern with such an experience is what is something else goes wrong. Instead of acknowledging gap in customer service and wasting months of my time, the owner chose to blame it on rebate process. Really?? 4. You have my contact information, look it up by name. If Celco really cares about customers, TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW ACCORDINGLY and HONESTLY.
Les was great. Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem and promptly fixed it. Very friendly and professional too. Have used them to service our A/C for years and completely satisfied (even if the only time I see them is when we have issues.) I recommend them to others!

We have used Celco since 2001. They are always reliable. Never needed to have oil delivery company service, because we have a service contract through Celco for heating & ac. We have been able to maintain our original furnace, water heater, & a/c for over 2 decades because of Celco’s service. We know our technicians & they know our system well. 100% recommend Celco.

Nick came to my house this morning for a maintenance service on my A/C! He was such a pleasure. He was so helpful and explained everything he was doing. Another knowledgeable, dependable and sincere serviceman from Celco Heating and Air Conditioning. In addition to the servicemen, customer service was very accommodating. I had to reschedule my appointments twice, each time they accommodated my schedule. Much appreciated. Highly recommend!
