Jack came out on the same day that I requested service. He was very punctual. I had an issue with my a/c capacitor and needed it replaced since no air was blowing from my vents , he was able to fix it in 20minutes. I am very happy with his work. I recommend his services!

The technician arrived within a few hours of my call, and he was very professional and thorough in his work. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. My heating and air conditioning system works better than it ever has!

Their experts are skilled and kind. Service may be scheduled easily, and responses are quick. Fully recommended!
We love this company. Our AC went out again this summer and Unity Commercial HVAC & Roofing was here the very next day. Tech was super friendly and explained everything really well. He seemed very knowledgeable and told us all of our options in a way we understood. He convinced us to sign up for their service plan and I'm so glad we did because we had another issue come up a few weeks ago and they were here and fixed it within one day.

Great technicians on time and called prior to appointment. Friendly & helpful office staff. Offered no cost use of temporary window air units during hot weather while waiting for heat pump installation. Long time customer and will continue to use Unity Commercial HVAC & Roofing.

Swiftly scheduled appointment to determine why A/C was over cooling lower level. Melvin inspected the furnace and located main cause and gave instructions on how to better control air flow around the house. Explained everything as he made some repairs to the newly installed furnace!!

The day of the installation, Melvin and the team were right on time and really went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was readily apparent, and they took the time to explain the new equipment. Melvin and the team are experts who care for their customer.
