Logan was great! Friendly and explained everything that was going on. Also, got talked to me about future stuff and was very professional! Great experience for a first time customer and will definitely use this company again.
Tony was terrific! So nice and so professional… he let me know when he was almost here and he arrived on time with a great attitude and really knew what he was doing. In a time when good customer service is so rare, this was a very positive experience. Will definitely be calling them again.

Carlos and Melvin did a clean job installing our new unit, and an additional thank you to Dustin for going above and beyond. Jophery provided a helpful assessment on options and made this an easy choice. A little hiccup with scheduling the electrician but otherwise everything felt right from the beginning. Looking forward to continuing our services with True Heating & Cooling.

So impressed with the quality of work and employees. Chanel (reception) was attentive to our needs, detail oriented and highly organized. She made scheduling and execution of the appointment flawless. Logan (technician) was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. He discussed the concerns, made recommendations and clearly explained each step of what he was doing and why. Extremely pleased with the overall experience and work. Definitely staying on as a customer!! Would HIGHLY recommend👍👍
Logan did an amazing job and was very good at explaining problems to folks who don't understand HVAC. Customer service is top notch here as well. I'd highly recommend this company based on the service Logan provided to us.
Matt was awesome! I wanted to learn how to take care of my swamp cooler as a new home owner and Matt serviced my swamp cooler while showing me what was working well and what opportunities there were for improvement. I highly recommend True Heating & Cooling and I may be moving all of my HVAC care to them in the future.
Less than impressed. Had a tech out to look into my 5 year old hvac system on a 5 year old house I’d just bought that wasn’t getting much air upstairs. He was on time, kind, professional and somewhat knowledgeable but I felt ripped off. My question was if the system was adequate for the size of the house and if there was something wrong with the system as not much air was reaching the top floor. It cost $220 for a diagnosis of the unit which ended up being that it needed cleaning/tune up and to have the filter changed. He couldn’t tell me much else about if the unit was sufficient to cool this size house. On top of that, the quote to have the system cleaned was $1100+. Another company came out, diagnosed and cleaned the system for $360. I wanted to post a positive review but just couldn’t get over the huge price difference for a hvac tune-up/cleaning and the lack of ability to truly answer the questions I had while charging $220 to do so.
True Heating & Cooling has true professionals like Matt, Travis, and Chris working to keep cost down and quality up. Justin has a fine group of very qualified technicians that installed a new Lennox AC for us just in time for the HEAT. They kept us informed along with the helpful office workers and now I owe them a big A+ for a job well done. THANKS!!! 👍
Logan came out today and I am so happy with the service and response. He walked me through what was going on with the furnace, and the different options that we had. This company is definitely responsive and does great work!

Everyone from this company has been a pleasure to work with on my heat pump and furnace system project. They treated my home with the upmost respect and answered all my questions. Chris and Travis who did the actual installation were wonderful. I highly recommend this company
Just had Logan hopper shut down my swamp cooler system excellent job from start to finish will definitely use true heating and cooling for all my needs the technician was great just had Matt start up my swamp cooler this year. Excellent job all is working great June 9, 2023.
True Heating & Cooling was very attentive to all my concerns and needs. I'm currently bed ridden and home 24/7... they got my initial diagnosis appointment scheduled the very next day and was able to schedule and install my new AC unit and furnace within a week after that. Carlos, the lead installer was punctual, professional and just over all a pleasure to work with! Justin, the owner of the company even did a follow up on-site visit a week later just to verify everything was properly working... best costumer service I've experienced in a long time! I highly recommend True heating and cooling and will be using them for any of my other properties that have HVAC issues. Truly, THANK YOU and all of your staff for getting this done in such a timely and professional matter!

I couldn't recommend True Heating and Air enough. Tony was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. We have a very well cared for 20 year old system. Most companies would have sold us on a new system immediately, vs laying out all of the details and giving us the facts. We will definitely be keeping our business with this trusted company!
Brian was out for an AC repair. We have older units and he was very thorough in discussing our options on repairing our unit or possibly replacing it. No pressure at all, very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend this company.
