Review of Total Mechanical Solutions We recently had a new HVAC system, water heater, and steam humidifier installed in our home by Total Mechanical Solutions and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. The owners of this company, Colten and Trevor Coons, are the most honest and competent HVAC people I have ever dealt with. They corrected numerous problems with our vent system that greatly improved temperature control in the second story of our home. When they gave us a date for install or tune ups they showed up right on that me as scheduled. The workmanship on the install is a work of art. No hype. Just excellent professionalism throughout the process.
Colton was wonderful! I know his schedule was packed, but he made me feel like fixing our AC was a priority to him. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in a way that I could understand (not having any background with AC), and his pricing was affordable. He was in an out in under an hour and our home was on its way back to a comfortable temperature. Colton even texted hours later to ensure everything had cooled off! I’d highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him again if I had questions or needed additional service.
Colten and Trevor are absolute rockstars! They gave me a nice deal on the AC/furnace combo and it works great!
Trevor arrived on time in the scheduled window and proceeded to diagnose the issue where my main concern was the AC was not blowing cool enough. That turned out to be the symptom caused by a difficult to diagnose malfunctioning part, under charged system and dirty condensing unit, all of which Trevor fixed. It would have been easy enough for him to charge the system with a couple pounds of refrigerant and head on home but he solved the puzzle and fixed the situation and now has a customer for life. I highly recommend Total Mechanical Solutions and will pass their name along to my family and friends.

Colten @ Total Mechanical Solutions is top notch, he's repaired my AC and replaced my entire natural gas system in the house. He did a fantastic job, was extremely professional, responsive and makes sure youre 100% happy. I will never use another contractor he is my go-to and should be yours as well

Our furnace stopped working and thankfully Total Mechanical Solutions came out the same day. I thought the repair might take a few days but they had a replacement part in their truck. Our furnace is now working better than it has in years! I am so happy with the excellent service provided by Colton and Trevor, they were polite, professional, and I felt at ease with them in my home. Thank you again for the stress-free visit it honestly couldn’t have been better. I will use their services again!
Some people judge by what others say or do: I judge by if you do what you say. Colton and his crew hit a 🎯 on this. Always gave advance notice of their arrival. The Dogs loved them. I'll let that speak for itself

Trevor and Colton from Total Mechanical Solutions worked with our team on installing Fusion Mixers at an industrial facility, during the pandemic. The work they performed was excellent and was done so in a safe and effective manner. IPS will be utilizing their services in the future. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor working in my home. For a new furnace and AC unit, Trevor and Colten handled everything from the initial walkthrough and quote, to the installation, to the final permit and refund processing. These guys were extremely professional, charismatic, and explained everything with great clarity. Their attention to detail and analysis of the house as a whole is what set them apart from others.
I met with Trevor and Colton, they were right on time. I was impressed that the wore booties on their feet even though I told them they didn't have to. They put them on and took them off every time they entered and exited. They gave me tips on how to make my system last longer. One thing that I really appreciated was they text me when they were on their way. The text had a picture of the technician and a little bit about them. They made sure the system worked well before they left, and told me what to expect with my system after. They showed me on their ipad how my system is functioning. That was pretty cool to see. I'll already recommend them to a couple neighbors.

Excellent customer service, and excellent repair work. They came out the same afternoon that I called to diagnose our ac issue, and were able to complete the repair and do a tune up same day. So glad they were able to squeeze me in! We were advised of what a regular maintenance schedule should look like, and are happy to use them again for any ac and furnace work in the future.
