These professionals do the best work and I had five different people I’ve worked with in the past, and they are by far the best. They always find the most creative and most cost-effective solution while still having the units perform at their best I’m blown away by how good these guys are!
Our house wasn't getting hot and cold when we needed it too. Donald and Ryan evaluated what we needed, and upgraded our HVAC within a day. Their prices are fair compared to other HVAC quotes. Even after I originally plan to go for the most expensive option, Donald gave me his opinion on why that didn't fit my needs. I went for the price point below. I appreciate his honesty! We now have cool air for the summer and I'm very satisfied!
I really liked Donald and respected his knowledge when he came to our house on a Saturday to evaluate our furnace after duct cleaners had messed it up. He came immediately, and his fee was fair. Unfortunately he ghosted me after that. We set up several days for him to come and get our humidifier running and install a valve on it, but he was a no show each day. When I called him, he was very apologetic, but still was a no show. I wish he had just told me he’s just too busy so I could have scheduled someone else for the humidifier.
Furnace stopped working at 7:00 pm and I scrambled to find some one, called and they were at the house in an hour. Checked out the furnace and cleaned the blower motor and it worked! I'll be calling for regular service upkeep from now on.

I was that person who had their furnace go out on Christmas eve. I messaged Thin Air on Christmas day hoping to get a response the day after. Donald messaged me back within an hour and had a tech out first thing the next day! It was time for a new furnace and they were able to get the job done that same week. Super happy with the service and professionalism of this team!

Donald was incredibly helpful getting our furnace fixed in our moment of need. He came out in the middle of the night in the freezing cold and got everything squared away. I cannot recommend him more.
Dec. 4th at approximately 2 pm, our old heater stopped working. We knew an Arctic Freeze was going to hit the same day and was in a panic mode. My wife put out a message for assistance. Donald ( owner and operator ) Thin Air Heating & Cooling contacted me within the same hour. Needless to say, two of his most professional and courteous employees were at our door and installed a brand new heater in 2 1/2 hours. The Arctic Freeze mentioned hit while they were completing the installation. The temperature got to minus -44 degrees with wind chill factor. Ryan and Dominic (installers) were life savers. Both individuals were professional, most polite, and knew their business. My wife and I praise all of these mentioned individuals and Thin Air Heating & Cooling for going that extra mile to ensure we were safe from harm and in our desperate time of need. Our furnace stopped working on a cold day and Ryan came out within 1 hour of calling. He was extremely professional and helpful, able to diagnose what was going on and temporarily fix our system at a very fair cost as well as consult on future updates we should make. We would definitely work with them again and recommend them for anyone with HVAC needs
My furnace blower went out on a 40+ year old unit. Thin Air responded rapidly and professionally on a Sunday. They tried repairing the motor first and then we determined that a new unit was most effective. They completely replaced and installed a new Rheem HVAC unit the next day. I am pleased with their communication and quality of work. I’d use them again and recommend them.
INTEGRITY, COMPASSION, AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Myself, my wife, and our 2 baby girls woke up Monday morning to a freezing house and no heat. I couldn't get ahold of anyone accept for Thin Air at 5am. I told Donald about our situation and he showed up quickly with compassion and ready to help. He diligently took his time seeing what was wrong with our furnace. He then told us what was required and recommended replacing our furnace rather than repairing it with it being 18 years old. This is the last thing we wanted to hear after bringing home a newborn a month ago. Donald was honest and is a man of integrity. I had no doubt that he was the one to go with. He told us to take our time and get a couple more estimates and to do what was smart for our family. After a couple hours of trying to get estimates, Donald came in significantly lower than the competition and the care that we got from Thin Air was worth tremendous value even if the competition was close. We knew we'd be taken care of and we were. In a time of financial fear, Donald made what seemed to be a tragedy, a peaceful process with great equipment we can rest assured with. We highly recommend Thin Air Heating & Cooling!
Thin Air was able to fit us in the day after the holiday. Their technician, Ryan, did a phenomenal job. He was courteous and professional. Thank you for making this ordeal less stressful.
During the hottest of this week Donald response was quick and set up an appointment to see if he could repair the A/C but once he advised he couldn’t do he worked with me to get a furnace and A/C that I could afford and was willing to work with me. He set an appointment up right away and was quick with installation. He communicated with me the estimate and was prompt in getting me scheduled. I am thankful I chose him and that I got cool air now!! Thank you Donald!!
I had a great experience with the quick and responsive team at Thin Air Heating & Cooling. Donald was very knowledgeable and honest. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my A/C and talked me through a maintenance and action plan to ensure smooth operation in the future. He took the time to walk me through the repair and gave me confidence that no I don't need to do a total $$$$ replacement today, which was a huge relief! Working with Thin Air Heating & Cooling was such a refreshing experience when compared to the high pressure sales and inflated bids I received from other HVAC companies. I will be using Thin Air Heating & Cooling for all of my HVAC needs moving forward!
Don and Ryan came recommended by my best friend and her parents that had ductless systems installed at their homes. I had ambitions of doing the same because my husband and I had a horrifying experience with a subcontractor through Home Depot. Ryan and Don assured us they were different and they so are! Not only were their prices competitive, but they have been professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. If I could give them 9,000,000,000,000 stars, I would. I’ve already recommended them to several of my friends and coworkers. I wish we would have found them sooner.

Our heater broke down overnight in 10 degree weather. I called Thin Air and he came out literally an hour after I called - quick, efficient, professional. honest and very nice! I will most definitely be using them again!!!!
