Once they have your money, they stop responding to you. You better know your system better then they do because they wont be able to tell if the repair is going to work or not. I asked for a hot water pump to be added so they came out inspected everything, then came back after "research" and installed a pump that did not accomplish the goal of the repair because they didn't understand my system, even though they made a special trip out specifically for that.
