My pilot light went out and I called them to have it looked at, I knew my furnace was older, so was not excited about the outcome. They told me I would need a new furnace and gave me an estimate of $8900 to install this new furnace. I called another company and got a new furnace installed for $3600.00. Good for quick emergencies where money isn’t an object, but not the best deal for your buck…

I have called and chatted them multiple times to cancel my membership and every time I am told someone will call me in an hour. Not one phone call back. They just want to steal your money, not provide a service.

Was almost run over by this van on the road. He was recklessly weaving in and out of cars, on his cell phone, slamming his brakes on to switch lanes with no signal. I’ll never be using this company. I called the number on the back to report officially and the company no longer uses the “how is my driving” service, go figure lol

I am so disappointed! ! ! Our thermostat didn't work and the tech just plugged the wires back in and charged us $500.....and he removed our dust filter and told my dad it didn't need to be installed, actually It needs to be replaced every 3 months. He just put the wire back and charged us $500 dollars in cash.

Contacted on Dec 15th, came out and said I needed an inducer motor and pressure switch. They didn’t have the motor in stock so they “overnighted” it. They came back two weeks later and had ordered the wrong motor. Contacted this week (week of Jan 9) and heard nothing. So they didn’t replace the motor and charged me $720 for a pressure switch.

We had a new furnace installed in October and have been trying months to get someone back out to fix the two stage system. Finally, we got Jasmine Stigger and she was AMAZING. She is the reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 for the companies failure at setting up right away and also screwing over our financing. She came out and fixed the system where it should have been from day 1. She would not quit until it was fixed properly. A true professional, honest and willing to do whatever it takes. She deserves to be one of their top HVAC individuals!

I had the ductwork cleaned. They left a mess. I called in October to cancel the membership I had been encouraged to sign up for. It's now December, and I'm still being billed. My next call, after calling again, to cancel, will be to the credit card issuer to report unauthorized charges.

This company is a ripoff. The technician literally did not do anything and charged me $185. Said my new thermostat was bad and to put back the old one. Turns out, the new thermostat was fine, it was the blue C wire that was bad which I figured out later myself. The guy did not put back the old thermostat but wrote on receipt that old thermostat was put back and charged me $185. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Update: I talked to the manager and he said they will refund my money. Still keeping the 1 star for incorrect diagnosis and unfair charges from the technician.
