FAKE COMPANY! Called them to come out and found out they aren't even licensed! Read the negative reviews. These people are SCAMMERS! They will take your money, never show.
They are reliable and do a good work, not just to get through a day or get it done, but good quality and detail. The previous owners of our house did the sloppy work and now that they come to replace the furnace and AC, they re-work and improve all that. Our house and the heat back on. They also response fast. We called them early in the morning and they have the technicians come 2 hours after that and then the guys come to remove our old furnace and AC unit and done by the end of the day, same day.
I've been a client of this company for a very long time. Over the years, I've experienced a lot of heating and cooling issues, and they have always come out and rectified them. They arrive on time and complete the task quickly so you are relieved of your burden.

I had an issue with my furnace and called the company to see if they could send someone over. They were able to send someone out the same day, in fact it was before the time they said he would be there! I know what you are thinking, "but what about the cost?" The price was very reasonable and I felt like I got a lot of work for my dollar.
Had them come out to fix our AC unit. It was a pretty easy fix, but the company was super efficient. They had a technician at our house in under an hour, and he was able to finish the repair quickly. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable too.

Mike and his crew cleaned my ducts and sprayed aeroseal. His team was phenomenal- polite, on task, and cleaned up afterwards. Also, they go above and beyond. They found two ducts that were not attached, and an issue with my air returns as well.They fixed them all, then installed the aeroseal.
This was a great experience, professional, and returned calls quickly. Understood the problem and fixed it promptly (after the part arrived ). An extra part was ordered but once the repairman knew he did not need it, it was returned with no charge to me. I highly recommend this company and would use their services again.
Awful experience. I would not recommend to anyone. Constaly not showing up. They drilled a 3" hole through the side of my house just to inform it the hole was in the wrong location. I have a 3" hole now through the side of my living room. I call to talk to customer service they tell me there is no customer service. Bad install the first time caused all the free on to leak out. Now to repair it is 10x as expesive.
I called them up to have someone come look at my AC unit that wasn't working. The gentleman who came out and looked at it for around 10-15min and said it wasn't worth repairing it was done and gave me a quote of 10k to replace. Because it was 10k i had someone else come out and look at it, replaced a $30 capacitor and its now running. This is degusting, and I am shocked.
Arrived at my house on time as promised. Dennis did an excellent job of quickly determining the problem with my heating a/c unit, and had it fixed in a short amount of time. I do need to replace the whole system due to its age and have selected Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair to do the job as I have had other companies out to service my unit. I am most impressed with Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair.
Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair was the fourth ductless heat-pump installer we requested a quote from. For our particular job, their quote came in 30% lower than the competing quotes for the same scope of work and equipment. Additionally, the staff took the time to carefully review our home and evaluate our heating and cooling needs comprehensively. The installation went very smoothly - the on-site team worked diligently and considerately. Although we were working from home during the three days of installation, the installers were never in our way and did everything they could to minimize noise and disruption while we were working. After the installation was complete, they reviewed all the details of the system with us and gave us clear instructions for permitting and regular system maintenance. Thanks guys.
The owner and staff take seriously their customer service and product. They strive to make sure the customer is happy with the final product. I appreciate the follow through on our complicated commercial install. I highly recommend using Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair.
Long story short: Had an appointment scheduled one day, got a call saying they were on the way, but they never showed. Called the next asking about it, and was told it was escalated to manager and that i'd hear from them immediately, but never was contacted. Called again the next day and was told they had me on the schedule and would arrive again, but they never did and didn't call. If their work is anything like their service, then no thank you. I'll pass
I've dealt with this company thrice now, both times have been amazing, both times they were here the same day I called, they're always polite, & the reception lady even called to check and make sure everything was working great. Super awesome client service, I Will always continue to use them for any further HVAC issues i come across!!
I just had my furnace serviced by Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair technicians. Their customer service was excellent and their work was outstanding.They were very pleasant and took their time to answer my questions. They explained to me how my unit looked like and they were very honest. I would definitely recommend them.
The technician that came out was very knowledgeable, not sure how long he has been with the company. He arrived introduced himself and went straight to working diligently and was very polite! A+ rating and would most definitely recommend Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair company to my friends and family.
Dennis from this company was an awesome person. He was very punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in detail. He was a pleasure to deal with and will highly recommend him!!
