I am really disappointed. We just started working with this company and were told by Cody that he is too busy to work with us. He also never returns phone calls.. their techs are great.. it’s a shame that its leadership is so poor.
Fixed two motors that went out, one outside and one inside. Available before everyone else, good communication, and got our issues fixed. Recommended to our neighbors as well. We are now staying cool!
This company is outstanding. From the guote to the finish product 5280 Cooling was easy to work with. The workmanship is superior. This company has integrity and are so honest. They do not up sell on anything. We trusted them and we are not sorry. You absolutely can not go wrong using this company. We had a furnace, A/C and a tankless water heater installed.

Amazing team of professionals. They were on-time, quick during the install, and answered all of my questions. Also, they cleaned my entire furnace for free! I would definitely use them again!
Wow, where do I start! I have been working with Cody Sr company 5280 Heating and Refrigeration for going on 6 years now. I came across 5280 Heating & Refrigeration when I was working at The Rails at Inverness in Englewood CO. Back then I was a maintenance technician, and I was told by my supervisor to call them if anything goes wrong with our boiler system, so, I did when I had issues with it. Now, every time I have called on 5280 to come out and check on our aqua therm / boiler system Cody Sr ALWAYS answered his phone and asked how he can help! I would explain to him that the boiler tank was not filling, or the heat exchange was not heating, or it went out and my residents have no heat. He would say that he would send a tech out ASAP. Sure enough, 40 minutes later here is Derek, or Cody Jr. They were ready to get to work. I would ask them questions (for my own understanding) about what they were doing and why, so that I can get a better understanding of what they are doing. This way I could know what to do next time. 5280 Heating and Refrigeration has ALWAYS been the best priced when it came to me getting bids / quotes for my managers. Cody's team has ALWAYS been professional, on time and most of all getting to the bottom of the problem and assessing it immediately. Now that I am a supervisor in maintenance it was a no brainer to bring 5280 Heating and Refrigeration over as my vendor. My community manger was hesitant at first, but after we were using Quality 1st to replace water heaters at a staggering $3200 a pop....I called Cody up and told him I have the water heater and if he can be out tomorrow and always there and on time. Today 5/13/2022, Cody's son Cody Jr, Rick and Brandon were on the scene at 9 AM to replace my leasing offices condenser and air handler. At 3:30 AM I received a on call that a water heater burst and flooded the two units. I called Cody Sr and he said that they were already coming out to repair the office, so they would make that unit pri
Cody Sr. saved the day! We'd had two other HVAC companies out this week to diagnose the issue with our furnace and both had differing findings and recommendations. We were prepared to replace AC and furnace. Thankful my wife contacted Cody at 5280 for a 3rd opinion. Within minutes he'd figured out the problem which resulted in the replacement of one part. Sometimes it's a challenge to know who to trust and which direction to go. We found him to be direct, honest, professional, and easy to talk to, and the bonus was he fixed it and saved us serious $$$. Would recommend Cody and his team to anybody in need of HVAC repairs/servicing/replacement. Honesty backed by decades of experience. Thanks
5280 Cooling, Refrigeration, & Heating provided great customer service! Our furnace went down over the weekend and Cody was able to order the broken part and install it the same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the fair price that Cody provided. I will recommend 5280 to my friends and neighbors.
Came out because my grandmas furnace wasnt working correctly. He came out and looked at replaced the part that needed replaced all with in like 20 minutes. He left and then about a week later the furnace started doing the same thing. So I called him up and told him what was going on he said he would be over in about 10 minutes. He took a look and fixed the problem the new part he had used just burned out. He fixed it free of charge and told me if we had anymore issues to let him know.
