I'm feeling good about my experience with this company. They were fast to respond, made it easy to schedule an appointment and showed up on time. They gave me a quote, provided me with several options that I could choose from, and they were very friendly.

I had an ancient furnace that went out on me the first cold day this year. They did not try to force me in to buying a new one and tried going over options with me first. The broken parts are impossible to find so we replaced it. They had financing options available that I was able to very, very easily work with and get approved for. The installation crew was on time and did a great job. They’re making sure to follow up too to make sure everything is all set.

I called this morning at 9:15 because my downstairs unit was not turning on. It was almost 80 degrees in my house. By 10:00 am I had a technician at my house. He was kind and let me know exactly what he was doing. By 10:30 he was finished repairing and my downstairs is already cooling off. A fabulous company with excellent customer service. Failed to show up for scheduled appointments 2 days in a row. Also did not refund fees paid. I was never contacted to cancel the appointments either. I had to call them to find out the technician was not going to show up at the end of the 3 hour window. Both times. I would not use, or recommend this company to anyone ever.
truly a professional company from start to finish - 100% recommend, $98 call-out on a cold snowy Sunday morning which is worth its weight in gold when you don’t have any heating! quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part and was back in business within an hour for under $350- thank you Brady and Up Draft HVAC.
These guys are very reliable.We have used them for several years for all of our heating and cooling needs. On one incidence,our furnace stopped working in the middle of winter and they were able to replace it the same day. Their technicians are very polite and their customer service is excellent.I would definitely recommend them.

They were fast to respond to phone call, appointment and Rex our service tech was clean and so pleasant. Not pushy and explained everything to me in a language I could understand. Fixed what was needed without trying to sales tricks. Will use again when time comes for annual service.. Made sure to clean up everything when he was done.
Jim and Rex are extremely knowledgeable. I'm a home owner and was put in touch with them through another HVAC technician who couldn't find the problem with my AC at home since it is a bit complex. Up Draft HVAC Repair, came out on time and had me up and running in no time. After a very long time in the business with troubles with different companies, I finally have my go to HVAC company! They have competitive prices and are very trustworthy. Highly recommended.
Just had two AC units installed in my home by Jimmy. He was punctual, courteous and careful. He worked extra hard to install the units properly. He clearly takes pride in his work and was anxious to make sure the installation was safe and secure. It was a great experience working with Up Draft HVAC Repair company.
The folks at Up Draft HVAC Repair are trustworthy, dependable, and do great work. They installed a new furnace for us 2 years ago and have continually been coming to make regular service maintenance.
