Standard Heating sets their "bar" of performance very, very HIGH. The customer service you receive from Standard --from the office to the technician in the field-- is far and above what you usually get. I called them last year with some questions; they were so gracious in answering ALL of my questions, very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. And I made a note to call Standard when we needed our furnace to be serviced this year. They just serviced our furnace. And I give them 5 stars in ALL aspects of a call.
Very pleased with product and work performed very professional
Standard installed a heat pump for us when most other HVAC companies refused the job (they want to sell their own system with massive markups). Their guys were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommended and we'll use them for all future HVAC needs!
I had a great experience with Standard Heating and Cooling today. I was expecting a call from them indicating when they will be scheduling the visit. However, I was surprised to get a call saying the work was already done at an investment property of ours and they had diagnosed the issue and addressed it adequately. Grateful to their promptness and would recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Just got a Trane furnace and AC unit installed By Standard and couldn't be happier. Daniel took the time to answer all my questions, made sure the install was done professionally, and gave me a great deal for a quality product. Who cares about rebates when you can get a price like this.

They are professionals and get the job done to specification; making suggestions only when necessary to make sure your systems operate safely and efficiently. My hot water heater sprung a leak. It was 20 years old according to the install date written on the heater. I searched the internet and found some good reviews for Standard Heating and Cooling. I decided to give them a call. I'm very glad I did! Dan and Randy showed up at my door eager to help. After looking at what I had, they had three options I could choose from showing out the door pricing next to each. I chose the side arm since I have a boiler. Dan and Randy came back the next day and installed my new tank and got me up and running as promised. What I didn't expect was the excellent customer service and the extra care they gave me. I had an incorrect expansion bladder on my boiler and they replaced that at no charge. This is above and beyond in my opinion. I can honestly say, without question, that I will be calling on Standard Heating and Cooling for my annual service for my boiler going forward as well as I look for a cooling solution this summer. Thank you Dan and Randy, for your excellent work and excellent customer service.
Daniel and his crew did a very professional job - Daniel answered my questions and replaced the boiler in a timely manner. He even alerted me that the gas meter was leaking, so that Xcel could repair it. Very impressed with the service.
Very timely estimate and work. Fixed some old problems with last install. Whole system is working better. Very professional and easy to work with.
Daniel and Randy came out promptly and helped diagnose the problems with our tankless water heater, they even helped me talk to Xcel about the gas issues that was causing the water heater to malfunction. They are so amazing!
They came out to do an inspection of my boiler and were very respectful, courteous, friendly and professional. They were very thorough in their explanation of the issues. Their communication was very clear from the first call I made to set up the appointment. I wish all trades had people like the guys who came out today. Would highly recommend this company!
The furnace at our rental wasn't working properly. They were able to go within a couple of hours of when I called and fixed the problem. Very professional and cost effective!
