My furnace quit late into the evening. Rich called me back and walked me through cleaning the igniter. He said he would come even though it was late but he didn’t need to. Very professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend him!!
Make the call set up the schedule for fixing heater, and receive the text and confirm email but no show and no calls in the Feb cold weather. I try to call the company and never got call back.
Can't say enough about this company, glad I found them! I see the words "honest" and "fair" in a number of the reviews here, and I couldn't agree more. They've saved me in a few times over the years, and I'm always impressed. Thanks Signature Heating & Air...highly recommend!
We purchased a new HVAC system thru Signature Heating and Airconditioning. Rich is reliable and professional. I highly recommend using Rich at Signature Heating and air-conditioning. We had several estimates from other companies and was extremely pleased with the price Rich gave us for new HVAC system. Our new Furnace is more efficient than our old one and will be saving us on Heating bills in the coming months. Extremely knowledgeable and this guy knows his profession

Signature was the third company I called about my furnace acting up and was the last. Richard came to my home late in the evening and gave me nothing but quality information, professionalism and ended up saving my family time and money on things we did not need. We have since ended our services with the other company we had and will go with Signature as our new go to for all our HVAC needs.
These guys help me out every time something happens no questions asked super friendly and upfront. I recommend to everyone I know!
I can't say enough good things about Signature Heating & Air. Richard is a total professional who treats his customers well. He is knowledgeable, honest, fair, and goes above and beyond to help when you are in a jam. I've used his services several times and plan to do so in the future! I would recommend him to my friends and family (and have).

Rich is fantastic! We lost heat on a Sunday evening and he was at our house within 45 minutes. He had us up and running in no time and was very reasonably priced. A few weeks later one of our tennants let us know the furnace wasn’t working properly in their condo. Rich came out the next day and fixed the issue. He is courteous, knowledgeable, fair priced and has great availability. You will not be disappointed.
Signature Heating and Air fixed my furnace at my previous house for a fair price and even stayed very late to get the job done. In my current house they installed the air conditioning unit a few years ago and did a fantastic job. Today they were able to help me troubleshoot my current furnace and it is back up running like new. I have been using them for years and can’t recommend them enough.

In the middle of the night, I decided to call Excel because I thought I smelled gas. They came and shut off my heat because my furnace was in fact leaking. After a very cold night i was so worried about how long it would take to get an HVAC guy out to fix my furnace. I called Signature and Rich was at my house an hour later and fixed everything right then and there! I was not home, and while on the phone with him I could hear my dog barking nonstop, I felt so bad. But he was so nice and hung out with her until she took a treat and calmed down, that meant the world to me. Money has been scary tight lately too and an expensive incident was the last thing I needed, but luckily Rich fixed everything through just a small service charge and didn't convince me to replace stuff that didn't need to be. Even after he left I mentioned needing to change my filter and he offered to come by and show me how! It was so sweet, he seems like a really good guy and so much more trustworthy than other servicemen I've had to call in the past. Thanks so much for your help Rich! I'll be keeping you're info for the future and referring anybody else who needs your help.
Richard came to my home today to clean and check my furnace and water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed me a few things to look at if I ever have any problems and how to maintain my system. He didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, no BS. I highly recommend and will be using signature again for repairs and maintenance.
Knowing that we were without heat, and that it was going to dip below freezing overnight the day our furnace quit, they bent over backward to fit us in even though it was 9:30 PM when they could get there. It only turned out to be a fuse, which was diagnosed and replaced in less than half an hour. The charge for the house call and repair was really reasonable. This group is respectable, responsible, dedicated, and highly competent. You could not ask for better service.
Highly recommended Signature Heating and Air. They are a blessing! Rich takes the time to do quality work and explain repairs. Signature even took the time to walk us through some repairs over the phone to help us get our heater working on a cold night. Very honest and hard working.
My motor went out on my furnace so needless to say it was SO HOT in our house. I called to see if they could squeeze me in, and was told they could possibly have someone come out late (after 8pm) I was fine with that! Keith and Rich were so kind to fix the problem!! Keith came out and fixed it and charged me $450 which I was happy with considering I had another company quote me $885!!!! This company ROCKS!!! THANKS KEITH AND RICH!!! I will continue to do business with you in the future and recommend you to others!! Great customer service !!!
Easy to schedule with, came out the day after I made the call and fixed our issue in about an hour. Price was very reasonable and never once did they push us to do anything expensive that was unnecessary, they just fixed our problem and got our air conditioner back in working order.
Rich came out the day that my husband called him to take a look at our old 1970's furnace that quit working. He came over after hours, was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable and confident in our choice to hire him on the spot! He looked at our furnace and was able to get it back in working condition. Not once did he tell us that we needed to replace the furnace. He is very honest and trustworthy. Prices are low and am sure that they can't be beat! Would highly recommend Rich and will definitely be using him again in the future when we finally do have to replace our furnace!
Just moved into a new townhome. I noted that the A/C unit did not turn on when thermostat was on cool. I suspected the disconnect by the unit was in the Off position, but the builder did not provide access to our A/C units. Rich was kind enough to provide same day service. He climbed down 20ft to the unit and confirmed the disconnect was not on. He was kind enough to check all the wiring at the furnace to ensure it was all connected properly.
