These guys Rock! Professional yet easy going...They gave us multiple options and took the time to explain them(not common). Amongst multiple quotes they seemed the most knowledgeable. Behr was prompt, professional and efficient. He came out to give me an estimate for repair of my AC and I understood the issues, with photos and videos of my unit, I understand what needs to happen next and before he left, I had two quotes for different options to consider. Great service! Highly recommend! And I'm requesting Behr for my guy!
I haven't chosen a company at the time of this review but I felt compelled to write an early review. Received an immediate follow up call to an online request I placed over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Marcus took the time to answer all my questions and provided additional information to help me make an informed decision. His preliminary estimate seemed in line with other professionals and if his service/workmanship is anything like his responsiveness you couldn't go wrong.
Dont even bother calling for a quote, I called and asked about my shower and "mark" just told me to get bent and he won't even bother with a quote. Don't even try.
Ethan came to our home and did a thorough inspection of furnace, hot water heater and our AC. He is a young man but was well trained, educated, professional, and cordial. Marks has a great employee which speaks to their good hiring, training and standards.

Marky Mark's Heating isn't just incredibly professional, they are authentic in their work, effort, communication, and intent to be focused on their clients. As i frantically called nearly 8 other HVAC companies Mark called me back quickly, offered me on the spot quote for furnace replacement after i explained our situation and said he would have my home back to being warm before lunch. He kept his word, gave me excellant pricing and explained and answered every question i had about my new heating system. If my AC ever goes out he has my business. Thanks Mark and Ryan! Call to inquire about repairs & they were able to schedule me next day. The tech was very professional, personable, knowledgeable & competent. I appreciated their candor in explaining the repairs. In my situation, I opted to a brand new heating system due to the cost & age of my previous heater. They were able to remove my old heater & install the new one on the same day. I strongly recommend.
Ryan came out to check on a dripping/popping sound we had been hearing. He was super nice! He thoroughly checked everything and was very informative. Gave a lot of great info. If we need a service done that Marky Mark's can do, we I'll be going with them!
Contacted these guys for a quote on a whole house humidifier as well as future maintenance. Ryan came out quick and was fantastic, super nice and very knowledgeable. Because of the way our supply is setup, it could be possible to reconfigure the supply side so it could support a fan powered humidifier (instead of using the return side), but he was going to do some research and include that information in one of the two quotes (one for steam, one for fan powered). He said I should receive the quotes by the end of the day (we met first thing in the morning). Two and a half days later I finally received a quote (not 2) with just a line item for the fan powered install but didn't include the most important information, how it would be installed. There was also a bizarre reference that the quote doesn't include electrical, so I guess I received half a quote? The quote also didn't even spell the humidifier manufacturer correctly or list any model numbers. It was a huge difference in experience between the person that came on-site and what I received from back office. Literally all they needed to do was include the information that was promised in the 2 quotes and they would have had my business for years to come, especially since price isn't my primary decision factor. Just super weird and disappointing because when Ryan left I even told my wife that they got our business unless they manage to screw up the quote somehow. I even went back and watched the conversation on my porch video about what Ryan and I agreed just to make sure I wasn't remembering incorrectly, which I wasn't.
Furnace part that was replaced, is online for $100 to 450.00. I was charged over $900. Tech repeated over and over about a part he didn’t charge me for, because he can do that, since he has worked for the company for years. You just have to hope that they are honest with parts and pricing. I will definitely call around other service providers and get quotes for future HVAC service.
Very pleased with my experience. It’s scary using a service company you haven’t used before, but the reviews led me to make the call. Ryan came out to take a look at my archaic AC unit. I was so worried that I would be told there’s nothing that can be done and it needs replaced, but Ryan thoroughly explained what he was doing and why I’m having the issue I’m having, identified a few culprits and corrected those on site and gave me information about a replacement down the line. It was completely refreshing to have a technician that actually listened to my goals and offered multiple solutions. Plus, he was EARLY. Wildly impressed, and so happy I found a company I will return to in the future. Thank you!
