Our experience with the Jim Needham team was excellent from start to finish. From scheduling and getting someone out the same afternoon to Darion who was knowledgeable and helpful, this team made what was a highly stressful situation and replacement worry free. I'd recommend them 100 times over.
this company was amazing very upfront with everything. Daniel and his apprentice were amazing very professional and Daniel was very knowledgeable. I am hoping I can request Daniel to come out if i need anything else.
My tech was Jerid Burgett and he was awesome. Cam in and got the job done in less then an hour, walked me through what all he did step by step, and answered all my questions. Great service.
Justan Comeaux came out and addressed the problem I had with leaky pipes, offering me a variety of options and recommendations. I'm happy with how quickly everything was resolved and the quality of the work done.

Crystal and Ira were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable while completing our service. They found an unexpected larger issue with our plumbing and did an excellent job explaining the issue and our options for repair to us new home owners. We’re so glad they caught it and can get it fixed before it became a huge problem!
We had a handful of plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Our plumber, Nolan, did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable and explained the issues in an easy to understand way. He was respectful of our space and did a great job cleaning up after he was done. Also, the company communicated well with us regarding arrival times. We will definitely go with Jim Needham Plumbing for our future needs.
Our technician, Jerid, was great! He was right on time (same day appointment!) and fixed our clogged sink and garbage disposal and made other recommendations for improvement. He was terrific at explaining everything and walking through all the fixes and updates.
Richard Parsons from Jim Needham was amazing! Service appointment was quickly scheduled and Richard was very knowledgeable and totally explained the issue and the solution. I would highly recommend Jim Needham! Nolan and Gage were excellent! So professional, diagnosed the issue and quickly resolved it and explained all options really well! If needed, would definitely call them again!
Nolan was amazing. Very patient and informative with all of our questions and really spent the time walking us through all the options for the new hot water heater that we need (which they’re installing next day!). Would highly recommend!

Tech came in a provided a quote to install a new sink. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He came back with his quote and it was over 1400.00 to install a basic sink. That was labor only, the sink and parts were not included. I don’t know any profession that charges over 700.00 an hour. It’s a big no for me. I’m sure they do good work but that quote is stupid.
Isaiah was honest and straight forward with options about my water heater that had a gas leak. He worked efficiently and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done safely, and in a timely manner. He even helped with other minor plumbing issues while he was here. I will be using Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing and Drain for any future needs!
I called several places to find a soonest available plumber for a waterline leak that was soaking the subfloor on 06/18. To make matters worse, the water was leaking by the shutoff valve as well. Jim Needham said they had someone who could be out between 2-5pm on the same day. I received a text that the plumber was on his way at 3:42pm. As time neared 5pm, I called to see what was going on and was told he was held up on another job and they would need to reschedule for 8-11am on 06/19. I was told the plumber had a 45 min job prior to ours and to expect him at 8:45am. I called at 9am, when nobody arrived by 8:45am. They said his job was taking longer than expected and he would be out shortly. I received a text at 9:23am stating that another plumber was on her way. 11am rolled around and there was still no plumber. I called another company that said they could be out within 30 minutes. So, I called JN to cancel. As I was on the phone with them, their plumber pulled in around 11:30am. I had to tell her we were going with someone else who was already enroute. She was, understandably, mad and said she was called in on her day off. I apologized and said I did not think they were going to show again and that the leak was urgent as it had continued to leak overnight and into the day.
Jerid came to the house to locate a leak. The diagnostic summary was a bad stop waste valve for the sprinkler system. After quoting the fix for the problem, I proceeded with more quotes. I did receive a call from Jim, the owner, stating the quote I was given was not correct and giving me the correct price. I feel this was a very fair quote for the problem, but ended up with someone else. I will still consider this company for future needs.
Nathan, provided great service for a routine AC maintenance. He explained and recommended a service, he and his partner showed up on time and were very efficient performing the work. I highly recommend Jim Needham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and drain company.
I can’t say enough about Jim Needham, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Drain. Ross Smith came out to my parent’s home; was professional, respectful, personable, very knowledgeable and experienced. He made us feel comfortable in a frustrating situation. Ross was wonderful in communicating with me whether text or phone call. We had a big job and he took care of everything to alleviate stress from us. I highly recommend Ross and Jim Needham for plumbing needs.
