Had an issue with my thermostat and AC wasn't working. Called James on a weekend and he had Andrew come over and install a new thermostat. Very professional and timely fix. Very happy with Impact Heating and cooling.
The service tech was very courteous. He explained what the problem was and what the charge would be. The repair was done very quickly. Also, the time was up an hour which was great! Thank you very much for great service!

Had a plumbing problem with the irrigation at my house. The plumber from impact arrived early, finished quickly, and didn’t charge a lot of money.

This service was for A/C maintenance. Eric was excellent—on time, polite, professional, efficient. Sometimes you don’t know what you’re going to get but this crew knows their work, running a business and customer service.

So far so good. Drain the hot water heater and fix the toilet. These guys are friendly, helpful and share advice. They take the time to explain things. Seem to do a very good job.

Eric really did a solid heating fix with properly analyzing and congfiguring a two stage heating problem. Communicated great and very compentent. Very happy with the service.
Wayne has serviced our furnace and A/C for years. He's experienced, professional, courteous, and on-time. So we keep requesting him to perform pre-season service on our furnace and A/C.

Great service and technicians. We had another company try to scam us the day prior. Impact came out the next morning, got our parts replaced same day and at a reasonable price!
