Scheduling with Heather was a breeze, extremely nice and very helpful. She had a tech out the next day for a furance issue we were having, along with a cleaning and inspection. Kopen explained everything to us as he went, very efficient and professional! We couldn't recommend him more. We had previously had Parkey's come out and they wanted to charge us 8 TIMES more then High Plains!!! Go with High Plains, you wont regret it!! Thanks Kopen and Heather Thanks
