Clay and team are pros. Excellent communication, clear and straightforward information, and fair prices. They answered all my questions and then some. No sales push, just knowledge and facts. And then they listen and give you what you want/decide. They have helped me out on multiple occasions including a next-day furnace installation before the December freeze when we hit -15 temps. They also let me borrow electric heaters the day prior so we didn't actually freeze. Many thanks!!

BLUF: Clay and his team is who you can trust for furnace problems or unit replacement in the Colorado Springs Area. DISCUSSION: Coldest stretch of Nov 2022. Our furnace was not keeping up and I smelled something awful outside exhaust vent. 3 other providers could not be reached. Clay responded to my email within an hour and sent a tech the same day to assess the situation. Clay helped me to weigh the considerations for replacing the Heat Exchanger or opting for replacement. During the interim, Clay made portable heaters available to my family. No pressure or up-sale for replacement, just facts and figures I could study. Later, based on the age of our system and the improvements in technology, we opted to replace the unit. Clay and his colleague made short work of the replacement. A third employee even joined the duo to help keep things on schedule the last working day before Thanksgiving. Clay followed up for an on-site visit to ensure things were good Thanksgiving morning. I don't wish a failed furnace on anyone, but 719 Mechanical is your trusted source for furnace repair or no-pressure replacement.
I had to call 719 Mechanical off hours due to a malfunctioning furnace. From the time I called to the time my problem was resolved no more than one hour had elapsed. My issue was fixed promptly, professionally and at a fair price. Definitely give them a shout next time you need work done!
We were tired of getting zapped from the static in the house when stand alone humidifiers just weren’t cutting it. After dealing with another company that insisted we could not install a bypass humidifier, and instead needed to install a $3,000 steam humidifier, we decided to call 719 Mechanical. I’m glad we did. Clay, the owner, picked up right away and addressed all questions/concerns. I sent a few photos of my furnace and they came within the week to install a whole home bypass humidifier. Cole was on time and very professional. He quickly got us up and running. When he was done with the install he thoroughly explained how the system worked, demonstrated how to perform the annual maintenance, and answered all other questions I had. I highly recommend 719 Mechanical for any of your HVAC needs.

Clay was exceptionally responsive to my request and the follow for scheduling. Cole installed a whole house humidifier for us. On time. Professional. He took the time to talk me through the process and then after complete, he showed me all the operational details and answered all my questions. I will use them again.

COLE came out this afternoon (I waited less than 24 hours for an appt). They were super accommodating to my schedule which is huge for me right now! Cole was professional and took the time to explain Everything to us. We have a humidifier that didn’t seem to be working (we just moved in in July and had no idea 🤷♀️ ). Cole explained that a vent needed to be opened AND there was a ‘filter’ that was completely calcified and needed to be replaced. Ultimately, we will choose 719 Mechanical for every service from here on out!
Clay with 719 Mechanical originally came out to fix a short cycle issue. My 22 year old neglected furnace was on its last leg and needed major repairs. Clay came out and replaced my furnace on the coldest day of the year! (-40 with windchill on 12/22/2022). Him and his partner did in a super timely fashion my house never dropped below 68 degrees. Outstanding work, I would recommend them to anybody.
Highly recommend this company! Our heating went out right in the middle of negative degree weather and we tried calling multiple companies to come out but everyone was booked up. Clay answered immediately, was at our house within 30 minutes and had the issue fixed quicker than it took him to get here. Very happy with the service we received and in the timely manner we received it.
Bad heater exhaust fan. No heat on 20 degree day at 84 year old Father’s house. They replaced the part and had the heater up working within 3 hours from when I called them. Super nice and professional!
Clay was amazing, came in after another company quoted us an astronomical amount to fix a problem that didn’t actually exist. Came in and helped me & my girls when our furnace overheated and stopped putting out hot air. 10/10 amazing, upstanding guy he’ll have our business as long as we live in central CO.

I was installing my Nest thermostat and during installation I saw a spare in the cables, I was playing around with the system and no power plus I was on this for about 2 hours, so I took it as I blown or burned something in the furnace, I called the tech Clay with 719 Mechanical LLC and he got to my place in about 10 mnts tops and went straight to work, I burned the fuse and he even installed the nest in nothing. Great service great person and explained to me the mistake I made all at 8 at night and available 24 hours 7 days. Recommend to any who have any issues. I need to get with him and give something as he did not charge me for service since it was something small like a fuse.
