We’ve had our home serviced by Gold Star Heating twice since we’ve lived in our home, once for a repair and the most recent for HVAC cleaning and to service the furnace. Both times Cayde (and Connor) was on time, friendly, professional, considerate, and helpful. They made quick and thorough work of the job to be done both times and remembered us from the last time we had him come out. He also helped us save some money where he could, making their services affordable, especially along with the quality of service provided. I 100% recommend Gold Star Heating for any of your HVAC needs!

Gold Star Heating and Air came to my rescue!! My heater went out and they were at my house within 15 minutes to diagnose. They went to get parts, installed, and got my heater working the same day at a good price. Very professional and it was a pleasure to work with them!

I had what we all usually dread when it gets cold; my heater went out while we were sleeping. We woke up to it being 57 inside. 2.5 hours later my furnace was repaired. The repairman was polite and kind and good with dogs (phew!) so he was in and out. He clearly explained the issue, answered my questions and got my home back to normal. Thanks!
I called late afternoon on New Years Eve and Cayde came right out. Diagnosed the issue and got the heat up and running. Could not ask for better service.

Absolutely love this company! The service man had a TON of knowledge and definitely knew what he was talking about. He was very thorough and included before and after photos of his work. Super easy to work with and very patient. I really appreciate his consideration and thoughtfulness. He did an amazing job cleaning my furniture, and coil, and replacing parts. Not only did he tell me what may have led to the issue, he fixed the issue. If you want a knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy heater guy, I would 100% recommend working with this company😊
Goldstar has been great! Very communicative, follows through, and responds quickly. Prices are reasonable, and estimates seem to be pretty accurate. I will continue doing business with them!

They were available to service my dryer duct the same day I contacted them and even made themselves available earlier. I was so pleased with this as I needed to use my dryer after a week of not having one. They were timely, professional and thorough. I will contact them for additional services that they recommended based on safety. I highly recommend this business.
Let me start with the fact that I don’t call people to fix things, I usually fix things myself. With that said, my HVAC wasn’t working and I was hitting a wall. I called these guys and they were at my house the next day! They fixed the problem, communicated proficiently and clearly, and were super awesome! I’ll use them again if I ever need it!

Cayde and his crew did a fantastic job. They were on time, they wore booties on their shoes to keep my floors clean, they went over all of the work they performed with me, and they left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it.
