Aaron is super knowledgeable, I wouldn't consider anyone else to service my company's HVAC and chiller units.
Super professional, helpful, and fast. Answered all our question and did a great job installing our AC. Very reasonably priced. Art, Omar, and Ron were all a pleasure to work with.

This is the second time that Northglenn Heating and Air Conditioning has saved my butt with my furnace going out in cold temps. They actually installed this unit in my house a good 6 years before I bought the house and both times I have needed service, they not only had the part for this old unit in their van, they got me fixed in less than 2 hours both times. This is an almost 30 year old Lennox and you STILL had parts - simply amazing - thanks for saving me again guys - we'll be talking soon about a full replacement for sure.
Ron came out with his tools and actually repaired the unit the last company tried to sell me a New ac! My bill was less than 100.00!!! Will definitely use again
Ron with Northglenn Heating & Air came to my house today to figure out why my AC wasn’t blowing cold air. He found the problem quickly and saved us from a potential very bad situation. Not the first time they’ve been there for us. Shortly after buying our home our furnace wasn’t working and they suggested a very simple thing I could do to save a service fee. It worked and I’ve trusted them since and they continue to show that trust is deserved! Thank you Northglenn Heating & Air!
SO glad we found this company! The first place we called told us we should consider replacing our entire HVAC system due to a refrigerant leak. Ron (w/ Northglenn Heating and AC) found our leak, fixed it, and recharged the refrigerant all in a couple of hours and the cost was even less than the estimate! We won’t hesitate to use them again.
I called another company Fix It Now. The technician Diagnosed that I needed a new blower Motor For 1710.00. The technician said I also needed a new furnace my furnace is 25 years old. I decided to get a another opinion because my furnace worked some times. I called Northglenn Heating and air conditioning out. The Technician Ron came out and actually used meters and and tools and diagnosed the problem. Ron made adjustments to the gas valve and blower motor. Ron did a great job Including the lady at the office who answered the phone. My furnace is working now and I only spent 80.00 dollars for the service call . The company ix It Now charged me 40.00 dollars and the only tool he used to diagnose my problem was a nut driver. Ron actually used meters and tools to find the problem. I cannot thank Ron and Northglenn heating and air Conditioning enough. I will be using this company for all my HVAC needs now.
The temperature outside was -2 or -4 last night and of course my furnace went out! I was in a jam and worried that I would not be able to get someone out fast enough and that it would be costly. I stumbled upon Northglenn Heating & Air who had an appointment available same day. The tech, Art, was amazing to work with. He was very kind and personable, identified the problem and had it fixed right away! It is because of Art I will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Over charge on the parts that I got from them
I am extremely happy with Northglenn Heating's responsive customer service (no computer answering or automated menus!) and the very thorough furnace maintenance checks that Ron did. He explained everything clearly and made sure he answered all of my questions. They have a competitively priced combined furnace/AC yearly maintenance program too. There are a lot of options for home HVAC maintenance in the area, but based on this experience I would highly recommend Northglenn.
When we requested a estimate, we told the company we lived in a old mobile home. The tech, Aaron told us he would have the estimate for us with in 4 business days. Two weeks later, after 5 phone calls a person, stated Aaron had not even started the estimate and she understood if we had to go elsewhere! Why send a tech out and take 2 hours of our time ? Just tell you don't want our business!!!

Ron came over and quickly figured out our a/c unit wasn't cooling due to a dead capacitor. He was friendly and professional and we are grateful he got things working again. Price for the new capacitor was reasonable and we will definitely use Northglenn again next time!
Ron came out to braze a leaking refrigerant line. We discovered the leaky line was due to increased pressure from an improperly installed fan. I had installed the fan a day prior. Ron informed me professionally and courteously how to reverse the direction of my fan's airflow to meet my AC system's operating standard. I feel informed, more competent, and content that I received honest competent service.
Hats off to Northglenn Heating and Air and technician Ron!!!! After my original company who installed my Furnace, AC, and Hot water tank would not respond to my needs with their faulty AC. They wanted $3,300 to fix my AC after they charged me $315 to tell me I was low on refrigerant and have a leak caused by their faulty installation. I called Northgenn Heating and Air and they came out within two days. The technician Ron looked at my AC and within 2 minutes found the leak from a faulty valve stem. He replaced the $0.49 part and topped off my refrigerant and within one hour he was done and my AC is working fine now. Total price for repair was $347. My new go to company for all my Heating and Air Conditioning needs is Northglenn Heating and Air. I can't say enough about Ron and his honesty and fair pricing.
