No one wants to spend a ton of money all at once but you need heat and air conditioning so when it was time to replace everything I’m happy I found them. HUGE thank you to April from 303 Heat. I know their phones have been ringing off the hook since the negative temperatures started yesterday. She said they could have a technician come out later tonight, but due to my house temp hovering right above 60, she offered to take a look at my furnace with me over the phone - Wow! No other company would offer or take the time to do this, she went above and beyond for me, and I'm incredibly grateful. She walked me through checking the system, we were able to see that the flame and fan were both still functioning, so my HVAC is likely just struggling in the cold(aren't we all) & will resume normal operation when the temperatures get above zero. I avoided the unnecessary service fee that the first company would have charged me to come out at the earliest "next Tuesday" - Merry Christmas to me :) I will be calling 303 Heat for all future maintenance and repair, you've got a loyal customer - thank you again!

I had troubles getting my furnace to start for the winter and I tinkered with it for a bit using da' Google machine. The short version is I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, so I called them based on their reviews alone. It actually worked when he got here (for the first time) *smh* and he gave me honest recommendations and didn't even charge me for wasting his time and getting into my crawlspace. Roberto is the man! We had a good chat and I'm definitely going to use them when my 99' furnace goes to hell (or is it heaven?). Side note: Don't listen to the Karen that said her fridge stopped working because her AC wasn't on; that's definitely not a thing. Your should be ashamed of yourself, Karen (that's not her real name, but maybe it should be). 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Years of experience from Jarred made an enormous difference today! What I was told that needed to be a complete replacement of an a/c and heater combo unit from 5 other companies, Jarred fixed in a short amount of time for nothing compared to what replacement unit would have cost. I am speechless that I went without an a/c all summer 🥲 and today Jarred changed that thanks to his expertise. 😀 Super happy and content customer here. So happy I could get a next day appointment and the wonderful outcome of today’s visit. Seriously I’m still in awe that I have my A/C up and running. My heater is also repaired and ready for winter thanks to Jared.

Short version: Avoid 303 Heat. Gave us great repair service, but used it to sell us on a huge install that was disastrous. As everything went wrong, the technician in our home refused to communicate changes. The business owner issued veiled threats and refused to make it right. AVOID. Longer version: We experienced an AC failure after several power outages. We called over a dozen places and 303 was the only place that would come out within 24 hours. Truthfully, the technician that came out that day was communicative, helpful, and efficient. However, he did mention that the best thing we could do was replace the whole system. We chose to go forward with that because he was so helpful. We scheduled the install job for this week and were told to plan for 6-8 hours of work. From the moment the install technician (different from the previous repair tech) showed up things went wrong. Here are the things we endured: Tech told us we had not been sold a humidifier with our system. Remained defensive even when we showed him the proposal we signed. Then tried to talk us out of that work. One of the workers seemed to have a bathroom emergency. We had to clean up after that. (ugh) Boss came by to make sure the work was being handled given the misunderstanding - another interruption to our day. They didn't bring the right parts to the job and had to take breaks to get them more than once! Boss (first initial J) stopped by around 11am and predicted work would go until 5-6. Instead, work took until after 8m (11 hours). This was not only excessive, but no one communicated any changing timelines to us. We were just stuck waiting it out with banging, heat rising, and other major inconveniences. The install techs kept leaving the doors and backyard gates WIDE open. We told them we were happy to leave them unlocked to come and go but to please close things for our dog. Still WIDE OPEN so my dog had to be on leash for over 11 hours. I called April the morning after we slept without any air conditioning. That afternoon, she had Roberto checking out our condenser and Roberto walked me through what he was testing and what the options were for trying to revive the condenser. When we ran out of options, Roberto walked me through a few different priced packages for replacing my condenser. Got a package picked out, got a date picked, and on that day, John and Carlos came to install a new furnace and a new condenser. I was quoted at 6-10 hours of install but John and Carlos got everything running, and even cleaned everything up and packed in about 5 hours and 45 minutes. They were polite, helpful, and the whole process was much easier than I was anticipating.

April managed to squeeze me in that day, due to an unexpected opening in Jared’s schedule, and she helped diagnose the problem (low refrigerant) over the phone. Jared was very knowledgable, courteous, and professional and had our AC up and running again—better than it ever has—within hours of my call. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had a guy come check out our AC system after it stopped working. The guy diagnosed it with a short in the system and recommended a complete replacement because according to him the system was over 20 years old and it would only continue to have problems if we fixed it. Our system was installed in 2020, and the model of AC we have was not even manufactured until after 2013 so there is no way that what he told us was accurate. We were out of town when this happened so my brother was the one that was there and I believe he was trying to take advantage of the fact that the owners were not there by trying to get us to spend $8,000-$10,000 on a new system (that’s the price he roughly quoted us). We ended up having another company come and check it out, they fixed the problem for $500 which is less than half of what 303 had quoted us for fixing the short. Do your research before trusting this company. Very disappointed in how they tried to take advantage of us.
