I have worked here at UMC, Inc. for a short period of time, however, I have found that the company takes pride in everything they do. As a previous business owner, integrity is something that I look for in companies and their people. I am pleased to say that UMC, Inc. goes above and beyond to insure that they are "doing the right thing...right".
I have worked with the company almost 7 years and I wouldn’t want to be with a different company. They treat their employees very well and they have great benefits.

I’ve been employed with UMC for over three years. In that time I’ve seen benefits grow, had the opportunity to progress in the company, and been directly involved in shaping the direction of the company. The leadership team is dedicated to making sure everyone succeeds. I would recommend UMC with confidence to friends as a place of employment and to potential customers as a mechanical plumbing and HVAC contractor. UMC puts its customers and employees first. I’m fortunate to have found such a great place to work and good people to work with. Five stars.
