Excellent service and effective solution. Attic fan showed immediate results the day it was installed, cooling the upstairs bedrooms by at least 5 degrees more than previously possible. Also saves money by reducing use of air conditioning. Love the QuietCool attic fan with three speeds, automatically triggered by temperature changes in the attic. Can be monitored and controlled remotely through smart phone. The employees Nate, Jake, and Carl answered all questions in a friendly manner and were very professional and efficient in their work.
CHC installed a QC whole house fan for us. The process from start to finish was pleasant. Juan helped with getting us a quote and Cesar and David did the install, very professional. It was unclear whether we would need additional vents in the attic, but after coming out for the install and looking, it was determined we didn't need them and it was removed from the quote/invoice. I appreciate this kind of honesty from a business. As for the actual product, the fan was worth every penny. It can cool the second level of our home in about 10 minutes. I don't anticipate us having to use our air conditioner much in the future. Solid product and install, thanks.
Andrew and Cam installed two fan systems in our home. They were very professional. One of the ceilings they had to install in has a specialty finish. They were very careful to not damage it and even painted the register to match ( with paint we provided ). Couldn't be more pleased with the work and the systems. Thanks!!

When it comes to home services, CHC sets the bar exceedingly high. They installed a whole house fan that dramatically reduced the amount I need to run my AC. They were on time, professional, and completed the install faster than expected (~3.5 hours). They cleaned up after and took some time to train me on the many ways I could use the fan to save energy and improve comfort in my home, some of which I wouldn't have thought of. In an industry where low expectations seems to be the norm, to say that CHC exceeds expectations is an understatement.
They responded quickly to my request for a quote and provided a concise yet thorough estimate for the project. The guys arrived early for our appointment. The installation went well and we love our whole house fan. They took the time to explain how to operate. The final cost of the project was in line with the estimated cost. The fan is super quiet and is cooling the house down quickly at night. Great product and great company!
Colorado Home Cooling came out to our house and installed 3 attic vents. We'd had an attic fan installed recently by a local company. The advice the other company had given us was not good. I called Colorado Home Cooling who explained some details about our attic fan and things to be aware of that we hadn't been told. I wish we had had Colorado Home Cooling install our fan. Even though we hadn't purchased the attic fan from them they have been MOST helpful! Your professionalism, quality of work, and going the extra distance (literally) is very much appreciated. Overall I had an excellent experience with Colorado Home Cooling installing a QuietCool fan. The process, from reaching out through installation, was quick and painless. On installation day, the crew showed up on time, evaluated the site, and told me we would have to drop down to the next smaller model given space constraints in the attic. They had all of the required items with them, and this didn't involve any delay! Installation was quick and clean, and before heading out they gave me thorough instructions on how to use everything. Performance has been great, and I've been using the fan daily. I ended up making some changes to how the fan is controlled (I am very particular about my smart home setup!) and ran into a small surprise where things seemed to deviate from the installation instructions. The owner of Colorado Home Cooling was quick to reach out and talk me through why things didn't look quite like I expected and assuage any concerns I had. I'm confident that everything was installed safely and correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Colorado Home Cooling to anyone who's looking for a whole house fan. I would also recommend anyone who lives in Colorado to think about installing one of these!
I had a whole house fan installed. Installation was quick, the installers were friendly and the price was fair. One year on, the fan works great and keeps our AC-less house cool in the summer. Should have done it much earlier. Happy with the product and service.

What a great Company do work with. We had 2 attic fans installed on our home and from the first contact to completion they were awesome. Marcela started it off with the bid, scheduling and communication. She is polite, professional and efficient. Jordan was our Service Tech. He came in and reviewed our order then explained what was about to happen and then did it. Timely, efficient and kept the work area clean while doing it. Can you believe it? We don't have air conditioning, and had been looking for a whole house fan to help cool our house. The entire purchase-to-install process from start to finish was easy, efficient and professional. The quote was delivered and executed without even having a house inspection beforehand. While having a whole house fan installed in the dead of winter might seem a tad off, it actually made the scheduling easy and the install more comfortable since there was no heat in the attic to content with. The manufacture's rebate also played into the timing to purchase and install in February. I appreciated the initial collaboration with the installer, Carl beforehand to determine the most visual appealing spot for the intake panel, where the wall controls would be most appropriate, and placement of the fan in the attic so that it would have the least amount of noise impact for the house. Carl finished the job in under 3 hours, left the house spotless and explained how to achieve the most efficient use of the product once the summer heat arrives. A big 5-star rating for the entire process!
