I am a maintenance director for a health care company and have used multiple HVAC companies over the years, and none are better than Schneider! Jesse and his staff are fair, reliable, communicative, responsive, professional and also fun! But most importantly, they do the job the right way! I have given Schneider mechanical some of the hardest projects you can think of and not only did they complete it the right way, but they also explained to me the project and how to manage it in the future. They thrive on customer satisfaction and professional responsibility and engagement! I would not recommend any other company!
Knowledgeable, friendly and helpfull staff from office personnel to techs. They have outstanding service and pride in their work. Trustworthy and efficient, always finishing work in a timely manner.
Running a business you need to have other companies you can trust when giving referrals, Jesse and his staff have always been there to help us out when in a bind keeping our family and work place warm in the winter and cool in the summer. These guys are top notch and fair priced. I can’t recommend them enough
I was having issues with the heat and A/C in my shop and the technician came out right away to look at what was going on, Little did I know I was in need of major repairs which he completed in a timely matter. Great company especially if you’re looking to have your heating and cooling fixed properly! Will definitely be using them again
Chris, the service tech who helps me with my HVAC system is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He has a great knowledge base and always works his hardest!

They are the best
I have known the owner, his family, and their employees for several years now. They have always been very professional and have a great quality of work! My husband has also referred them several times to other business's for their commercial HVAC needs. I would definitely work with them again.
We have been having issues with our A/C. Jesse was quick to respond and professional while completing the job. We will be using him again.
After having a not so professional small business set up my ac I contacted Schneider to come fix and button up all the loose ends the previous company left me with. Seth was great and handled the repairs with care and professionalism. Throughout the entire process working with Schneider was pleasant and easy to do these men do great work!
I have dealt with a couple of technicians with Schneider Mechanical and they have both been very professional and courteous. They always work hard to find a solution to get the equipment up and running.
This poorly run "so called business" hires young kids out of highschool that work hard and do a great job! They bate these kids promising them to teach a trade only to keep their overhead down. Ask the emplyees to buy there own tools for the trade for advancement. Once the "business" falls on hard times, they fire the employees with no excuse. It's sad... hard to find young kids these days wanting to work with their hands and learn a trade. A "business" like this screws them. DO NOT SUPPORT this behavior! Go elsewhere for your hard earned money for service and use a business with integrity
My unit was not working and they sent their technician Seth over right away. He was able to solve the problem and get my unit working again. 10 out of 10, Would definitely recommend!
Seth was super professional and helpful! Very easy to work with him and he answered all of my questions.

Spoke to Jesse on the phone about an estimate for a coil repair and let me tell you it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m surprised they’re even in business. Trash company and trash employees. They’re definitely all sad old men who got nothing going for them. Never been so disappointed in my life.
