Steve and his team are honest guys. I own an asbestos removal company and they sometimes call to get Asbestos off the ducting. They are always upfront with the client and we just roll right on ahead of steve and his team. I've been meaning to give a review for this company for a long time now. Good guys.
Had to replace my furnace & A/C system. As I prefer to support local business, I searched & found Paradise. They were thorough and helpful, and at a very competitive price point. The installation was prompt & professional. Would definitely recommend.
Our old A/C condenser broke down right at the start of a heatwave. Paradise came highly recommended by friends and family, so we gave them a call. Everyone involved in the process was very helpful and friendly, they responded quickly, and they were able to identify the issues and schedule the work within a few days. Their initial quote was extremely accurate, and our A/C system is now replaced and working better than ever. I would highly recommend them for dependable HVAC work.

I bought a house last year and noticed that the furnace was really loud and kept me awake at night. I was looking around for a HVAC contractor to replace the furnace and others were charging double the price. Then my coworker told me about John’s business. She told me she got her air conditioner installed into her new house in Stapleton this spring at a decent price. I went ahead and got a quote on both furnace and air conditioner. I went ahead and scheduled for a furnace replacement since the summer is almost over. I had Manuel and his nephew come out and replace the furnace for me, and they did a good job! They were nice enough to install the ecobee thermostat for me. I am happy with the new furnace and look forward to use them in the winter! I’ll definitely let John know when I am ready to install an air conditioner next year!
John and his team did a great job. A knowledgeable tech came before hand to address any questions I had (and to clarify information I had received from other companies). They gave me what I needed without up-selling their products. The install for my new furnace and water heater was smooth and the team that came was very respectful. John came over after to QC the work, which gave me further assurance. They took care of the rebates and warranty information. I'll be using them for any of my future HVAC needs.
My mothers heat went out in the early hours of christmas eve. Due to the holiday we couldnt find any heating and cooling places that were open and not booked until the following week. When I called Paradise I left a voice message not expecting a call back. I hadnt recieved one from the other 20 places Id called. But John called back within 5 minutes and told me he could not only come out but be there as soon as he could. He showed up and had it fixed within 2 hours and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. I didnt get to meet him personally but I am told he was incredibly sweet and kind. We’ll call him next time we need any heating or cooling needs! Thank you John for being so prompt and helpful. Only giving 4 stars because I haven't had the work done yet. But My Mother in Law's furnace went out on Christmas eve and was expecting a huge party of people the next morning for Christmas breakfast. She called around for hours and everywhere was either closed or too busy and wouldn't be available until the day after Christmas. I left several messages for other companies and John called me back within minutes and said he would be here in a couple hours. He is coming out Christmas Eve. I've yet to really work with him but so far h has been great. Prompt, professional and honest. Can't wait till the work is done to give him 5 stars. Thanks John!
I wanted to take a minute to share the fantastic experience that I recently had with Paradise Heating & Cooling. My furnace went down on a Sunday. I called John Monday morning, and explained the situation. He had a tech come out that morning, and after a few hours they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. Courteous, professional, and a fair price. I would highly recommend this company. Great experience.
They were my 4th call and I wish I would have called them first. They were polite, professional, honest, and low-cost. Dimitri and Manuel installed my furnace and AC in just one day! The quality of their work is amazing! They took care of the rebates, old equipment, warranty documents, everything! They really went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Paradise. I will definitely be calling them again.

TOP NOTCH, ETHICAL, REASONABLE When I heard how promptly, ethically, and economically John had treated my friend Leta ( review below ), I contacted Paradise to inquire about a replacement for my old, low-efficiency, failing furnace. When they checked out my old clunker and told me that it needed to be replaced, I was 100% confident of their assessment, based on Leta's referral. I was provided with an extremely competitive bid. Within 5 days of accepting the bid, my new furnace installation was complete, and I've had no issues whatsoever. I was saddened to see the one negative review of Paradise. But, everyone has the occassional "off" day. In these times of low-rate, cut-throat, all glitz and no substance businesses, John and his team at Paradise are a comforting and refreshing exception. My review is 3 years overdue...
This review has been a long time in coming. John and his associates are my favorite home repair company to deal with (across all home repair and maintenance issues). Before dealing with Paradise, I felt Iike being able to fully rely on someone to provide you a service was just a fairy tale you could roll your eyes at. Honesty, customer service, and doing a good job the first time has always been what I have gotten from John. If you need any HVAC help make Paradise your only call!
I used Paradise Heating & Cooling for two different properties I own in LoHi. I was very satisfied with their customer service, their flexibility, and response time. Their estimates were reasonable and the quality of their work was top notch. In both houses they serviced the furnace and A/C units, which are each over 10 years old. They even provided a certification on one to help me with the home sale. Jason was especially responsive on inquiries and scheduling the work under short notice. I highly recommend them.
John is reliable and honest. It was a pleasure working with him. My wife is still singing praises to have our AC working so well.
Great company. We needed to install a new A/C unit in our home in Denver. John and Jason gave us the most competitive bid and had the work done on time. We made it through the summer without any issues on our home. They were both very responsive to our questions and always returned our phone calls. They even went above and beyond to help us get our Xcel rebate. Highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs and they will be the only company we use in Denver. Thank you!
Paradise Heating and Air offer amazing customer service. The two things you want from a heating and air specialist are expertise and honesty. Paradise and John excel in both areas. The first hot spell of summer meant it would be several days before John from Paradise Heating and Air could fit us in to fix our non-functioning A/C. Knowing that it might cost the company a lost service call if we were successful, he nonetheless guided me through trouble shooting the system. We were successful and my family has a nice cool home. While we don't look forward to trouble with our heater or A/C, we know we'll be in good hands with Paradise and John. Thank you John!
Called and scheduled an appointment to repair our AC. The technician never showed or called costing me missed work. I do not recommend this company.
Came home from vacation to an overflowing water heater that necessitated shutting off water to the house. A recommended company told me they could come out for $195 to do an estimate and install a new water heater 5-7 days later! John at Paradise, also recommended, gave me an estimate over the phone, explained why he chooses to install a particular water heater and was there 2.5 hours later with a helper to install it. I was thrilled with his expertise, their neat and careful installation and the extras. John saw a water heater cover still in the wrapper and offered to put that on the water heater for me. It cost him 20 minutes of work that cost me nothing and would have taken me an hour to do. I requested that John check my furnace that he gave a clean bill of health. Another company had said it needed $1,500 worth of maintenance work. I will DEFINITELY call John in the spring to service (or replace) my ailing air conditioning. I highly recommend him and his team.
