Way too expensive! Took a long time to get a quote. NOT A GOOD COMPANY!
So very rude, there's much more professional companies out there. Just google HVAC and pick anyone else, so many more better companies out there!

AnnaLynn was able to come out a week after I called her. The service was prompt and quick. She beat out competitors in price and she was able to install a full new furnace and A/C in no time. She even expanded my upstairs intake to better circulate air in my house. She was open and straight forward with suggestions and any extra costs that incurred as the installation was happening (we found out we needed a wifi thermostat in our house). A++ would recommend and use again.
I cannot recommend AnnaLynn enough! She was responsive, she was knowledgeable, and efficient. When I reached out for a quote and information she was able to come out quickly and gave us a very competitive rate. Additionally, she gave plenty of options and didn't pressure us into one system over another. She also signed up for the Xcel Energy rebate program when I asked her about it. AnnaLynn was able to quickly put us in her schedule and came and worked HARD for 3 days and made sure to do it correctly. I cannot say enough positive things about her and would recommend her to anyone!
AnnaLynn came over to troubleshoot the air conditioner at my house and added freon and tightened a few things and everything is good again , air conditioner normal--Thank you !! Excellent Service !!
I went with Ladies1st for the first time in 2020. And have been a loyal customer since. AnnaLynn, the company owner saved me from making a very expensive mistake. 2 other top rated, well known competitors both tried to upsell me on purchasing a new unit. "leak testing & repairs will cost thousands" they said. Ladies1stHVAC found a bad (leaking) shrader valve and had my AC back in working condition in 1 visit for the cost of show up and refrigerant re-charge. I have since used ladies 1st for the following work, and have been satisfied every visit. -Permitted & Relocated my HVAC to enable my basement remodel -Added rough in duct work for my basement re-model -trouble shoot faulty air conditioner, found a bad condensate pump where the float wasn't telling the pump to run so it was shutting my AC off. All work has been priced very well. I feel like AnnaLynn is very knowledgeable, responsive and is clearly very experienced.
Annalynn did the job that 2 reps from 2 well-known large Denver companies could not accomplish because they were too busy trying to sell me a complete new unit. Contrary to the 2 reps from large companies that I wasted time calling first, Annalynn did NOT try to up-sell--she just did the job and got the AC working again. I will ONLY call Ladies First Heating and Cooling for any and all future HVAC repairs.
Simply put, Annalynn is a genius with HVAC systems. She took time to explain how my very custom HVAC system works in my new-to-me home, ensured all systems were a go, and went above and beyond, every step of the way. I couldn't recommend her and her company enough. You're in good hands when Annalynn is at the helm.
Thank you so much for Ladies First swinging in to fix my HVAC. Cold, snowy day in Denver, and I happened to be out of town. She got in, troubleshot the issues, and rapidly fixed it. I was so worried about the cold damaging the house, but thanks to Ladies First for getting that crisis averted. Great quality, and fast/responsive. Thank you again. AnnaLynn is highly responsive, informative and professional. Our furnace went out the night before thanksgiving and she made it out and fixed the issue. She even obtained the parts needed on a holiday! Would highly recommend for all heating and cooling needs.

I loved AnnaLynn! She was so good about explaining what was going on with my old AC unit. AND she was very respectful of my budget (instead of finding 20 more things to add to the bill, or relentlessly upsell me like the corporate folks do). She was honest and respectful and found the best solution. I highly recommend her (and I’m super picky, lol!)

If there's one word to describe Ladies First Heating its INTEGRITY. We had the unfortunate experience of the carpet installation guys damaging our radiant heat, causing a severe leak and losing heat to two of our bedrooms. The leak was of course discovered with the first big chill a couple weeks ago, and we needed to stop the flooding and get the heat on ASAP. AnnaLynn was quick to respond and was confident she could fix it. Though as she got into the process, it became clear how convoluted and dated our boiler system is under our house, and the job went from a quick fix to a full project. Despite the challenges of having to learn our system on the fly, a muddy swamp in the crawlspace and several trips to the parts store, AnnaLynn always kept her composure and professionalism, and made sure we had heat for the night. She even offered to have our carpets cleaned afterward since there was no avoiding some mud making it into the house! A couple of days later, the initial bedroom repair began leaking again, and the fitting had failed. I shot AnnaLynn a text letting her know it was at it again, without hesitation she offered to come back out a no charge to refit the repair, and said she could be out tomorrow afternoon. Note: That meant she came out on a Sunday, free of charge, to make sure the repair was refitted and that we were taken care of. While the repair was expensive since it spiraled beyond the initial damage, the value we received from this kind of personal treatment is well worth the cost. We didn't have to argue with a call center, deal with complicated scheduling or wonder when in the "arrival window" the tech might show up like you do with the bigger outfits in town. The world is complicated enough, AnnaLynn made it simple.
AnnaLynn was timely, thorough and professional in servicing my furnace. Her company will be contacted again when it comes time to service the air conditioner.
AnnaLynn was great! Quickly came out and got me a quote for replacing my furnace, even with some unexpected issues with the furnace dealer not having the right one, she was able to get me one that fit the house. Great service overall, would recommend!
On time and finished the job in less than a day. Had a new condenser system and cooling coil installed. Highly recommended
